Sadia Badiei making fresh plant-based rolls in the Pick Up Limes kitchen

After years of perfecting

In Simply Plants, I share a collection of recipes that has been nearly a decade in the making. What began in my little kitchen grew into a community of millions, and over the years, one of the questions I was asked again and again was when a cookbook would finally be coming. Now it's finally here! Inside, you’ll find mostly brand-new recipes I’ve been saving for this moment, alongside a few fan-favorite dishes, all created with the same intention that has always guided Pick Up Limes: to make plant-based eating feel simple, satisfying, approachable, and free from pressure.
