This definitely didn't set even though we measured well. In spite of that, we really enjoyed the flavors

Hey E! So glad to hear you enjoyed the flavours, even if the texture didn’t set as expected. Our intention with this recipe was that the filling is indeed a bit 'wet' similar to a lightly cooked egg with a runny middle. That said, if it was still softer than that, the agar-agar may not have fully activated or simmered long enough. If you give it another go, try simmering the agar-agar a bit longer (or add a touch more) to make sure it dissolves completely. Hopefully, that’ll do the trick! 🫶
