Great question, Freya! We haven't tested it with an ice cream machine but imagine you can absolutely adapt this for an ice cream maker. Instead of whipping the cream separately, just mix all the base ingredients together (including the unwhipped cream) and chill the mixture well in the fridge. Once it’s nice and cold, pour it into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. When it’s almost done churning, you can gently swirl in the strawberry jam or fold it in afterward before freezing. I hope that does that trick - let us know how it goes! 🍓💛
