About how many grams would the cook beet weigh?

Hey there, Aileen, thanks for the question! A beet for us when peeled and cooked typically weighs around 100 grams, so that's about 50 grams for half. It's okay if there's slightly more or less though 😊

Hey Jamie, thanks for the question! Peel the beet, cut it into chunks, and steam for about 20 - 30 minutes until tender. If you don't have a steamer, simply cook it in boiling water. You can tell the beet is cooked when you can easily pierce it with a fork. Let it cool, then it's ready to use in the milkshake - enjoy! πŸ€—
