Frequently asked questions
Can I use any flavour of kombucha in this spritz?
Yes! Use your favourite flavours in this drink. We find that citrus, ginger, or tropical blends work especially well in this recipe.
Does this drink have alcohol?
No, this is a non-alcoholic mocktail. Most kombucha contains only trace amounts of alcohol from fermentation.
What are the health benefits of kombucha?
Kombucha is a refreshing, fermented tea that naturally contains probiotics: beneficial bacteria that can support gut health and digestion. It’s most helpful when enjoyed as part of a balanced, fiber-rich lifestyle that includes a variety of plant foods.
What can I use instead of passion fruit?
Some alternative ideas include mango, orange pieces, or a splash of tropical juice for a similar sweet-tartness.

Ce mocktail a fait l'unanimité chez mes invités !
I usually avoid juices, mocktails and other types of sweet drinks because of my diabetes, but I could not resist making my first PUL drink (it is too hot in Sweden these days😪). I absolutely love the sweet sour flavours, and the kombucha gives a nice, fresh fizz. The best part is that the sweetness originates from whole fruits, making my glycaemia easier to manage
fruit very well

Wow, I just made this recipe for [name of the dish] and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of flavors and textures was a true culinary delight. I followed the instructions step by step, and it turned out perfectly. I love how easy it was to follow, even for someone like me who isn't an experienced cook. I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks for sharing this fantastic recipe!
You are Amazing Sadia ⭐
It's getting warm here in Australia and I had to make this (love kombucha), and yes. Just yes. Perfection. I think I'll be having this all summer long 🌞
I made this drink without the kombucha and it was nice anyway. You have to like the grapefruit more but that's fine to me. Also the flavour and muddling the mint and lime reminded me of cocktails, which is nice :-) Before this recipe I've never used passion fruits so thank you for bringing me this discovery of a very nice fruit haha :)
This is such a quick drink and so delicious- I replaced grapefruit with tangerine juice, and used frozen passionfruit. Made it multiple time already. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
✨Amazing✨
Tastes absolutely gorgeous! 🥰
I absolutely loved this drink! The combination of flavours and the fizzy kombucha was perfection. I am now a big fan! 🌿🍹
So refreshing! Try once.
Made this for a summer BBQ - it was a hit! Added a shot of booze for those who wanted it. The drink makes for a great mocktail + cocktail!
Kombucha is my favorite! Always failed the proper fermentation process, though (be it sourdough or kombucha, I don't know why, it spoils...). May PUL's team lighten my problem? I don't know what I am doing wrong... Also, will you be posting vegan Kefir recipes? I believe it is very close to Kombucha, but the more fermentation, the merrier, in my humble opinion...
I think lime and grapefruit are a healthy combination. One can try many variations and share with others if they found them good in taste.
I replaced the lime with lemon, and grapefruit with oranges and this drink still turned out amazingly! 🍹The pulp from the citrus fruit resulted in a lovely texture along with the fizziness of the kombucha. So fresh, tangy and colourful -- will certainly make again!
