This one is quite refreshing! I had to add the runny, translucent part from a can of coconut milk because we never buy coconut water.
Added fresh mango instead of pineapple. It was so good! The mint is key!
Also works beautifully with mango, if you go to make this and realise you’ve run out of pineapple
