I was looking for a feel-good smoothie with a spa-day elegance to it. Love this as it’s not too sweet but doesn’t taste bitter. Just Perfect!

As soon as I got a high-performance blender this is the first smoothie I made, coming back to it days later I still like it best - the ingredients are easy to stock up on and it also works with frozen spinach. Thanks for the great recipe ^_^

How exciting to hear about the new blender and that the green smoothie was enjoyed, Nikko! Thank you 🙌

I almost always tweak a smoothie recipe before I even try it. Decided I would do this one exactly as written to taste it first and I love it. I can taste the parsley just a bit, which I like even more when I'm not feeling well. Thank you for this one!

It’s really yummy and looks so great. I did it several times with different variations of leafy greens (eg lamb‘s lettuce) and I really like it 🥬

Delicious start to the day. I added about 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower just to give it a bit more body. Will be making it again for sure!

When I was looking at the ingredients it was a very intesting combination of fruits and veggies to add in a smoothie. Didn't know how it would turn out. Turned out great, always love a green juice in the morning will be making this one again!

Can i blend the Chai seeds, or is there a reason why i shouldnt do that?
PUL Team - Dec. 21, 2022, 6:38 p.m.
Hey Michaela, you can blend them. They might absorb a bit of liquid so just add more plant-based milk if needed 🙂

This is one of my favorites! Ginger is such a special addition because it gives it a nice fresh zing that wakes me up! I modified by using water as my liquid, but wish I tried it with the soy milk for a little extra creaminess. I'm keeping this one in my kitchen's recipe book so I always have it on hand.

This was delightful! I made it because I've had trouble kicking a cold and had the expectation of it tasting like something that would help kick a cold. Boy was I wrong! It tasted like a creamsicle! I did add the orange zest as well. Don't know if this changed anything. I'll be making this again!

This is one of my favorite smoothies I’ve had. I sometimes forget the cucumber, or change it up slightly with what I have on hand. For instance I’ve used mango instead of orange with great results. Definitely do not skip on the parsley or ginger. They are the best part!

I'd add just the juice from the orange for I find the skins give it a strange texture, but otherwise it's good! I love that you pay great attention to add fats, seeds and spices in your smoothies - it makes them so much more wholesome and delicious!
PUL Team - June 6, 2021, 12:29 a.m.
We appreciate the review, Cris! Juice as a modification if you don't like the inner skin on oranges is a lovely idea. Using a knife to gently de-pith the oranges may be another option if you're hoping to use the full orange for the added thickness and fibre 🍊

Great smoothie! It was so tasty and refreshing. I really appreciate the weight measurements so I was able to get the perfect amount of each ingredient. One note, I only added 1 g (or a sixth) of the ginger the recipe calls for. I am not a fan of ginger and this seemed to be the perfect amount for me as I could still faintly taste it but it wasn't a prominent flavor. This is a smoothie I will be making often!
