This was very fresh. Tasty! I couldn't taste the cauliflower, for those worried. I used frozen cauliflower, soy milk and added a scoop of protein powder

I think I’ll try it anyway someday, but since Not a fan of cauliflower here ( or maybe just the smell of it cooked repulsed me?); what other vegetables would you recommend for replacement here ?

Hey Luiza, if you're not a fan of cauliflower, you might consider using fresh or frozen zucchini - it has a mild taste and blends well into smoothies without altering the flavor too much. Another option is cucumber, which adds a fresh, light taste and works well with the pineapple and mint. Alternatively, for a sweeter smoothie, adding in a frozen banana would be delicious. Enjoy experimenting with your smoothie!

Loved the mint flavour. But this smoothie didn't work for me. Tasted a little veg-y. And maybe my pineapples weren't sweet enough. I could have probabpy balanced with another date. Good with granola.

Kid approved! I didn’t have the exact ingredients so used canned pineapple chunks with some of the liquid, bottled lime extract, and water. Loved that my kids got some spinach and cauliflower in!

I’m hesitant to use cauliflower or broccoli or cabbage due to digestion issues. Would it still be ok without the cauliflower?

Hey Maja, raw cauliflower is indeed safe and nourishing to eat! Cooked cauliflower can be easier to digest, but if you don't have any digestion concerns then raw should be fine 😊

Made this for breakfast this morning and going to make it again tomorrow! I was wowed this morning after taking a sip! Some green smoothies taste very green, some are a bit milky. Both of those flavors have their moments and are liked. But this, this was like vacation! And cauliflower, who she?! The drink definitely brightened my grey morning. I was also super happy to use some mint from my yard that has been over abundant this year. Thanks for the tropical morning!

This was really refreshing. I didn’t have any limes or lime juice on hand so I substituted some peach juice and added one drop of lime oil. Super tasty.
