Smoothie parfait pour les gourmands

Luiza Alice - May 16, 2024, 1:57 p.m.

This recipe does not need dates at all !! Haha, is that your first recipe fro 6 years ago that originally had lime 6 dates in on ?;p
I used to add 1, was perfect.
But oggi I made it with the BeST vegan milk- the ‘épeautre noisette’ Bjorg, so added no dates, half courgette as from your other chocolate smoothie recipe, 1 tbsp of hazelnuts and 1 tbs of walnuts for nut butter and only 1 banaN, not 2- with those modifications it’s SO good, I highly recommend everyone to try !;)

Hye Luiza, it is indeed one of our older recipes. You did well to modify the dates to your preference :) I personally just like to pulse in the dates so there are little chunks to chew on :P

Loved this smoothie, so good! I’ve been making it several times already.

Sophie Kendall - March 18, 2024, 11:37 a.m.

Yummy! I switched hazelnut for Nutella 😋

Tania Allan - Dec. 17, 2023, 12:47 p.m.

I didn’t have hazelnut butter so I subbed in almond butter. I do have hazelnuts though, so next I may just do 2 tbsp hazelnuts instead of 1 tbsp hazelnut butter to see how that is. Added spinach cause why not, and 1/2 scoop chocolate Sunwarrior protein. For dates I had deglet noir this time, so just added 2 of those. Delicious!!!

Thanks for taking the time to share all the personalization with us, Tania! 😊

My new favorite smoothie!

Jenny - July 8, 2023, 11:16 p.m.

Yum!! The only thing I’ll change next time is to make a double batch 😜

The more the merrier, Jenny ;)

Lovely recipe, it was very smooth and rich 😍

Ingrid - March 12, 2023, 3:04 a.m.

This is a great recipe!! The small chunks of date add a lot of flavor. Great healthy dessert 😋

Michaela - Nov. 27, 2022, 5:14 p.m.

I use an over ripe pear instead of the dates (one serving). Very good!

Evelyn - June 18, 2022, 7:04 p.m.

I made 1 serving of this for breakfast this morning. I subbed almond butter instead of the hazelnut butter since I didn’t have any hazelnut butter on hand. I also reduced the soy milk from 3/4cup to 1/2cup to make it thicker for a smoothie bowl. I topped with chia seeds, raspberries, and a crumbled up coconut cream larabar. It was delicious! It was especially good with the raspberries to cut the sweetness. Plus, chocolate and raspberry is just an amazing flavour combo. Next time I might add only 1 date to make it a little less sweet. Thanks for the amazing recipe! 😊

Hey there, Evelyn, thanks a bunch for taking the time to share your experience with the smoothie! The modifications sound lovely and we're so happy it was enjoyed. Happy cooking ✨

Casey - April 1, 2022, 12:01 p.m.

This sounds yummy and I might give it a go! Can I use regular dates instead of medjool dates? Medjool dates are pretty expensive where I live!

PUL small logo PUL Team - April 1, 2022, 5:20 p.m.

Hey Casey, for sure! Feel free to use whichever dates are most accessible. Just be sure to make sure the pits are removed. You can also add more dates if they're on the smaller side to sweeten the smoothie to taste 🙂

Samara - Jan. 21, 2022, 11:40 a.m.

Hi Sadia! I just bought a blender over a week ago to make smoothies and I'm on a mission to make all of yours, 9 and counting! This is so extremely delicious is going to be on my rotation :) I omitted the vanilla and used cashews instead of the hazelnut butter and it was still so super delicious. Thanks so much for sharing these recipes with us!

PUL small logo PUL Team - Jan. 21, 2022, 4:26 p.m.

Hey Samara, so fun to hear about the new blender! Love the modifications and hope you enjoy the rest of the smoothies ✨

Kitty - Dec. 28, 2021, 10:42 p.m.

I had this for breakfast this morning with almond butter for a sub & I couldn't believe how delish it was. On my way to the store to grab some fresh ingredients to make about 3 more recipes from this place, appreciate your help on my path of restoring my relationship with food as healthy as possible. Many blessings to you and yours <3

PUL small logo PUL Team - Dec. 30, 2021, 4:28 a.m.

Awe we're so happy to hear, Kitty, it means so much! Our relationship with food is so precious. Wishing you an abundance of health and wellness 💚

Linda - Oct. 25, 2021, 1:04 a.m.

Delicious. Loved the hemp seed topping

Johanna - Oct. 22, 2021, 2:59 p.m.

Delish!! Didn't have hazelnuts or hazelnut butter in the house, so used peanut butter and it was great anyway. I don't have a blender however, so I used my new food processor and now my kitchen is a chocolatey mess LOL. Worth it!!

PUL small logo PUL Team - Oct. 22, 2021, 4:33 p.m.

A lovely substitute, Johanna, and glad it was enjoyed! Happy cleaning 😜

Charlotte - Aug. 8, 2021, 4:38 p.m.

We are big fans of this smoothie and I make it pretty regularly. 😊 I have now made it with roasted hazelnuts, cashew butter, almond butter and peanut butter and they all taste great! Love the combination of the frozen banana, cocoa and nut butter for extra flavour and to thicken it. We will continue to come back to this recipe again and again! 🙌🏻

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 8, 2021, 10:59 p.m.

Ooo love all these nut and seed butter ideas, Charlotte! So thrilled you're enjoying this one 🤩

Louise Magnusson🇸🇪 - May 16, 2021, 9:23 a.m.

Wow, what a treat for a chocolate lover! It was really creamy and not too sweet despite the banana and dates😋
Very “sophisticated” with the pinch of salt and cinnamon. Although this smoothie might be more dessert-like, I ate it for breakfast with PUL granola and mashed strawberries. Delicious!!!

PUL small logo PUL Team - May 17, 2021, 4:06 a.m.

Mmm serving it with granola and mashed berries sounds absolutely delicious, Louise! Thank you 😃
