So good!!!
Christina - Jan. 17, 2025, 4:55 a.m.
This dip's texture is better than I expected! Loved snacking on this with apples throughout the week.
Gabi - Nov. 6, 2024, 1:59 p.m.
Hi! This is my third recipe, which includes pure vanilla extract. Maybe you can help me, which one to choose? We have lots of options in Germany, with 5%/50% of vanilla, with sugar/alcohol, liquidy or not. Maybe you can tell me which brand/type you usually use so my result will be similar? Thank you!
By the way, so far, I really love all of the recipes, and I am impressed with all the great new and tasty ideas with simple ingredients!
PUL Team - Nov. 6, 2024, 7:52 p.m.
Hey Gabi, so thrilled youβre loving the recipes so far! Either option could work - but for a classic vanilla flavour, we'd suggest going for a pure vanilla extract with around 50% vanilla content and without added sugar - just vanilla beans and alcohol π
Fieldsofyasmine - Oct. 6, 2024, 5:04 p.m.
This was SO delicious, SO comforting. I love it
Georg - Sept. 29, 2024, 1:22 p.m.
Love it! Easy to make, hella tasty and leaves you feeling perfectly saturated π

*Satiated, I am no fatty acid lol
Cassidy - Aug. 7, 2024, 5:31 a.m.
My whole family is obsessed with this! I started leaving out the milk because I like it a bit thicker. Dipping graham crackers and strawberries in this dip is so good. This is one of the only ways to get my toddler to eat beans.
PUL Team - Aug. 8, 2024, 5:56 a.m.
Woop woop! So thrilled that the dip was enjoyed, Cassidy, thank you π₯°
Ashleigh Davies - June 10, 2024, 8:24 p.m.
Absolutely delicious. Think I will put slightly less maple syrup next time see how it tastes. Really love your recipes π
Nicole Mostofa - May 22, 2024, 5:25 p.m.
This is a neat idea. Knowing that my beans impart a bitter taste, I probably should have opted for cooking them instead of using them in a recipe with no heat. Anyway, it was an alright dip. Hard to execute on a generic blender.
PUL Team - May 23, 2024, 3:47 a.m.
Hey Nicole, you're rightβa food processor is better for dryer mixtures like this recipe, instead of a blender. If you decide to try it again and notice any bitterness, adding a little sweetener like extra agave or maple syrup can really help balance the flavours. I hope this helps! π€
Γgnes - May 6, 2024, 2:54 p.m.
Auu, this is very dangerous π. Wow, mindblowing, it will be my new favourite quick snack!
Ekie - April 5, 2024, 12:44 p.m.
So delicious!!
Andie J. - March 20, 2024, 4:15 a.m.
This is bomb! My son loves it!
Christine Wong - March 15, 2024, 3:20 a.m.
Super super delicious!! I used crunch peanut butter because I didn't have almond butter. Can't believe I'm eating beans!
PUL Team - March 15, 2024, 9:30 p.m.
Yayy! So happy to hear the dip was enjoyed, Christine π
Freya Chase - March 12, 2024, 1:46 a.m.
Have now tried this and the cookie dough dip... this is my favorite one :) very big fan!!
Kristen - March 11, 2024, 8:08 p.m.
Yum!
Yua - Feb. 25, 2024, 9:35 p.m.
I love this dip! It's so delicious and satisfying as a sweet snack. I used an immersion blender since I don't have a small food processor and it worked great. Also I didn't have almond butter, so I used creamy peanut butter.
PUL Team - Feb. 26, 2024, 4:38 a.m.
Woohoo! So happy the dip was enjoyed, Yua π
Julia - Jan. 25, 2024, 1:47 p.m.
Made this with cannellini beans, a very tasty dip to enjoy with my favourite apples and other fruit! :) Only thing that confused me is the serving suggestion with two apples for 6 servings, i.e. 1/3 apple per serving. I will definitely use a full apple for each serving, but maybe that's just because my favourite apples are not that large ;) Anyway, a lovely, more balanced alternative to dipping just in nut or seed butter! Thanks!
PUL Team - Jan. 26, 2024, 4:46 a.m.
Hey Julia, so glad that the dip was enjoyed with cannellini beans. A lovely idea to use a full apple if you'd like as well π€
Kaja - Jan. 14, 2024, 1:34 p.m.
I was expecting at least a hint of a bean taste, but it didn't taste beany at all! Really great dip. I added some ground cloves for extra warmth and it worked great, but it was very delicious just with the cinnamon too. The only note I have is that it made more like 4 portions, at least in my case, because it was so tasty :)
PUL Team - Jan. 14, 2024, 11:41 p.m.
Thanks a bunch for taking the time to share your experience with the dip, Kaja π€
ZS - Dec. 1, 2023, 10:06 a.m.
I just made this and put it inside some dates and it was soo goodd Especially now that Im cutting sugar and snickerdoodle is my fav dessert ππͺ
PUL Team - Dec. 2, 2023, 2:32 a.m.
Oh goodness inside dates is a lovely idea! Thank you, ZS π€
Gina Phillips - Nov. 26, 2023, 5:41 a.m.
This is so yummy. Great work apples and pretzels. Also used it as a filling in a Swedish pancake!
PUL Team - Nov. 26, 2023, 10:08 p.m.
Mmm using it the Snickerdoodle Dip as a filling is a lovely idea, Gina! Thank you π€
Jasmine - Nov. 29, 2023, 4:56 p.m.
I love the idea to use it as a filling too - thanks!
Inu - Nov. 22, 2023, 7:10 p.m.
Wonderful dessert!
Ivanna - Nov. 16, 2023, 8:29 p.m.
thank you, Iβm obsessed from the first biteπ€€

It was love at first bite for us too, Ivanna π
Nadia - Oct. 6, 2023, 6:46 p.m.
Does anyone know how long it lasts in the fridge? I'd want to make a batch and use it throughout the week...
PUL Team - Oct. 7, 2023, 7:07 a.m.
Hey Nadia, we find this recipe stores best in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. In case you haven't seen already, storage recommendations for recipes on the app are under the directions tab :)
Nadia - Oct. 7, 2023, 8:28 a.m.
Ah I see it now, thanks! I did wonder where the storage instructions were :)
Teresa Parry - Oct. 4, 2023, 10:40 a.m.
Havenβt tried yet but have a question!?! Can these be blended with an immersion blender instead of a full blender (I hope you know what I mean?). Thank you π
PUL Team - Oct. 5, 2023, 4:18 p.m.
Hey Teresa, you can certainly try! It might take quite a bit more time and patience, but it should work. Using a tall and narrow immersion blender cup might also help compared to using a larger, more shallow bowl. Enjoy the recipe!
Laura Defalco - Sept. 27, 2023, 10:09 a.m.
I really enjoyed this, especially with apple slices. I had non vegan friends over and they devoured it on bread.
Natalie - Sept. 24, 2023, 5:20 p.m.
Very yummy!
Nazia A - Sept. 14, 2023, 2:23 a.m.
Hi! Can I use cannellini beans for this instead of butter?
PUL Team - Sept. 14, 2023, 6:21 p.m.
Hey Nazia, we haven't tested it out but imagine you could!
Mairi - Sept. 12, 2023, 6:06 a.m.
Ufff π€€ delicious and sooo creamy!
Louise Magnusson - Sept. 11, 2023, 7:01 p.m.
This was a heavenly delicious surprise; it is so peculiar that butter beans can be transformed to something sweet! It tastes like an unbaked kanelbulle π. I was a bit concerned that the dip would become too liquid with oat beverage, but it solidified so well. I have only combined this dip with pears so far, but I can imagine that it would suit well with winter apple (Ingrid Marie is the best), plums or clementines. Blueberries might work for the flavour pairing
Delicious! I love it with apples, but my husband and daughter are allergic to them (also pears, which I bet would be good). Anyone have other ideas for dipping?
PUL Team - Sept. 11, 2023, 3:22 a.m.
Hey Megan, some ideas include bananas, strawberries, pretzels, or perhaps graham crackers for a tasty alternative to apples and pears. Do let us know if you come across any other tasty pairings π
Yua - Feb. 25, 2024, 9:32 p.m.
Hi Megan. I had it with cubes of honey melon and ate it with a spoon since my stomach doesn't tolerate raw apples. It tasted great! I like the dip on bread too.
Barbs - Sept. 10, 2023, 2:59 p.m.
Absolutely delicious! Love it as a satiating snack with slices of apple or biscuits, will definitely make again!
PUL Team - Sept. 11, 2023, 3:03 a.m.
So thrilled the dip was enjoyed, Barbs, thank you!
