So wish I could upload a picture of my version. Might not be sweet enuf for kids but we absolutely loved it! I recommend mixing all the wet ingredients as per instruction - only add the strawberries at the very last and just give it a swirl or two - so the base is white against the pink - not sure if anyone has tried it pls lemme know. Ok grazie :)

What a great way of preserving a feeling of summer during autumn πŸ‚. Lovely snack that is easy to make, and I actually used a hand mixer to blend the strawberry mixture into a smooth texture. My only remark is that the default recipe managed to yield 16 bites; the strawberry mixture filled more than anticipated (my ice cube tray is not unusually small)

I felt it needed a little more sweetener than what I added (my strawberries weren’t too sweet), but other than that it’s a really nice treat and super easy to make.
