Lovely quick snack
This was wonderful! So easy to throw together, and refreshing!
It's an easy, healthy snack, perfect for guests with gluten and milk intolerance.
I am OBSESSED with this. I have it when I get home from work before I make dinner to hold me over. And then I have it with crushed up Oreos to make a dessert that takes like a caramel apple
Not bad, considering so far I haven't found a plant-based yogurt I like! I think next time I'll bump up the almond butter and decrease the yogurt slightly, to make it a bit less gloopy.

When I tasted this, I had to take a moment. It was soooo good!! I recommend using greek yogurt, because the texture is out of this world. It made me think of buttercream. Such a healthy treat!
