This was fantastic! I skipped the orange and put strawberries in instead, I think it could work with most fruit. It was like a chocolate pudding! And it worked really well with yoghurt on top! Thank you pick up limes!

This is just for myself in the future - really struggled with the texture of this, so not for me.

Hey there, Bekah, thanks a bunch for sharing this! The texture of blended chia puddings may not be for everyone. In case it helps and you're interested, you can add private notes on the app under the "directions" tab of a recipe > and then pressing "adding personal note". Hope this helps for now 🫶✨

I didn’t know that was a feature - thanks so much for the reply! And for creating such a great app! Even if not all the recipes are for me 😂
Malou - Jan. 28, 2025, 9:31 a.m.
Used a tangerine instead of orange as I prefer those, came out great! Looking forward to it the rest through this week's breakfasts
PUL Team - Jan. 28, 2025, 3:31 p.m.
Ooo a lovely idea, Malou, glad you enjoyed the blended chia pudding recipe ☺️

Wondering, if keeping Chia coconut milk mixture for a few hours in the fridge , does anything to the consistency?
lau - Jan. 25, 2025, 4:40 p.m.
The smell and the taste are fantastic! I used milk instead of the coconut milk.

I normally hate chia pudding, but came across the idea of blended chia pudding recently and wanted to give it a try. This recipe is great - the perfect balance of flavors. The orange really adds a lightness and sweetness to the yogurt, which adds an overall freshness to the pudding. I ate this for dessert rather than breakfast, but I'm sure it'll work for either.
PUL Team - Jan. 24, 2025, 5:16 p.m.
So glad you enjoyed it, Natasha! Blended chia pudding really is a game-changer 🙌
Annaka - Jan. 18, 2025, 11:20 p.m.
This was really yummy exactly as written! I am very spoiled to have an orange tree in my yard so this is a perfect way to use it. Trying the spicy orange tofu next!
I think this recipe could also work with different fruits or toppings like chopped dates and nuts. Might try adding some berries into the blended pudding. Sky is the limit! Thanks PUL!!!

So glad you enjoyed it, Annaka! Fresh oranges from your yard must make it extra special. Can’t wait to hear how your spicy orange tofu turns out 🥰

Super tasty! Have made this a few times and it is absolutely delicious 🩷

As soon as I saw this recipe I had to try it to test my new Nutribullet blender I got as a christmas gift and the chia pudding came out incredible! I've been eating it every day for breakfast this week. I made the first batch with coconut milk and the second one with oat milk and a few dates instead of maple syrup to sweeten it. Very delicious either way!
PUL Team - Jan. 13, 2025, 6:37 p.m.
Ooo how fun to try out the new blender! We're so glad that you've been enjoying the blended chia pudding, Katarina, and thank you for sharing your experience with it 🤗

Absolutely delicious breakfast!😍 I had to add some more plant milk for a creamy consistency and will try it with just soy milk next time.
Océane Schoenacker - Jan. 8, 2025, 10:09 p.m.
Hello, do you think I could make it with a food processor instead of a blender? Thanks for your help and for this wonderful app!
PUL Team - Jan. 9, 2025, 3:26 a.m.
Hey Océane, thanks for your kind words about the app! You can use a food processor instead of a blender if you'd like, though the chia pudding may not get as smooth. This is because food processors typically have a wider bowl and aren’t as smooth at blending liquids as blenders 🤗
Stefanie with an F - Jan. 6, 2025, 7:21 p.m.
This sounds delicious! Can we swap the coconut milk for other plant-based milk or would this change the consistency?
PUL Team - Jan. 6, 2025, 8:35 p.m.
Hey Stefanie! We love the creaminess that coconut milk offers but you could swap the coconut milk for another plant-based milk if you'd like. Just add more chia seeds if needed to maintain the consistency 😊
