We've fallen in love with blended oats as a breakfast option. They are rich and creamy, making them feel like a treat. This recipe combines sweet raspberries, creamy almond butter, and wholesome oats as the base. To top it off, we added a chocolate yogurt mixture with a "stracciatella" texture for an extra level of indulgence.

If anyone else is looking for warm options over winter I found that adding chocolate chips to the oat mix and baking it results in a lovely gooey gateaux style cake like breakfast which is great with the plain yogurt on top!

PUL small logo PUL Team - March 14, 2025, 3:35 a.m.

Ooo that sounds absolutely delicious, Claire! We'll definitely try it out 🤤

Emily - Feb. 12, 2025, 4:07 p.m.

Absolutely delicious! I have always wanted to like oatmeal - it's cheap, healthy, and filling. But I've never liked the texture or inherent overpowering "oaty" taste in regular oatmeal or overnight oats. But blended oats - the taste and texture is like a sweet sticky, almost pudding like meal that is great for meal prep. Love love love this recipe - fingers crossed you do a blended oats lineup video or just release more recipes on the app. :)

PUL small logo PUL Team - Feb. 12, 2025, 7:18 p.m.

So happy you loved it, Emily! Blended oats are such a fun game-changer. In the meantime, you might enjoy our salted caramel blended oats, kiwi chia breakfast parfait, or our blended orange chocolate chia pudding 🥰✨

Luiza Alice - Feb. 12, 2025, 7:48 p.m.

Ahha, im slowly but surely trying their ‘overnight ‘oats to make and blend in the morning, and for now 2 worked ;]
maybe you can try too :)

Looks so delicious, must try this, have a little bit of a problem as I would love to try so many of your sweet, breakfast recipes and be hard choosing, slowly try some, hopefully 😊♥️❤️😊

It’s the best !!

Charlotte - May 29, 2024, 4:50 p.m.

Blended overnight oats are new to me and I can firmly say that I love them! What a delicious breakfast! I love it when breakfast is prepped in the fridge for busy days.

PUL small logo PUL Team - May 29, 2024, 11:59 p.m.

Yess aren't blended oats lovely?! Thank you, Charlotte 🙌✨

frances - May 6, 2024, 10:56 p.m.

I’m not overnight oats fan but I’ve been wanting to try this since you announced the app on the utube video
So today I’ve made myself & my friend one for tomorrow morning breakfast catch up.
Very excited 😀
Will update

PUL small logo PUL Team - May 7, 2024, 7:26 a.m.

Aww we hope you love it, Frances! 🤞

Jasmine - May 1, 2024, 1:14 p.m.

Wauw Blended oats are my new favourite! I adjusted the recipe a little bit and used mostly liquid Kefir instead of almond milk. Instead of fresh raspberries I used frozen blueberries. Instead of 3 dates, I used 2 dates and some vanilla protein powder, which was a perfect combination with the blueberries!! Made a portion for 3 as a little meal prep. I didn’t have any chocolate and it still tasted great. I can’t wait to try different version with fruits and seasonings. Thank you so much for this great recipe, I love how easy ajustable it is!!!

Amazing recipe. One of the best on this app 🤩

Luiza Alice - Jan. 17, 2024, 6:54 p.m.

This is so delicious!!
And incredibly satisfying, just as the comment below me says. I’ve made it 4th?times since the video came out !
Only id recommend sticking to video’s proportions, not those updated here, as then it’s impossible to pour out of the blender.
Oggi I’ve added the jogurt and 1 tbsp of chocolate spread with ‘only’ 34g/100g of sugar of organic French Jean Herve brand, and blended it with half orange- since my blender was already dirty after oats 😁
Was amazing with the twist too:)

PUL small logo PUL Team - Jan. 17, 2024, 9 p.m.

Hey there, Luiza, thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with the blended oats! We're glad it's being enjoyed 🙌

Luiza Alice - Jan. 20, 2024, 12:21 p.m.

E stamattina I just made it an oatmeal with same ingredients minus yogurt layer and chia. Works just as well, and it’s warm and you don’t have to clean the blender :)

Dana - Dec. 31, 2023, 6:05 p.m.

This was so incredibly satisfying. I used blueberries because that is what I had, but I cannot wait to try this with raspberries (as written) or cherries. I couldn’t really layer it as the instructions suggest, as the yogurt mixture sunk to the bottom and the chocolate got too thick (my fault for heating too fast). It didn’t matter though. It still was incredible! Will definitely make again (and again and again).

Adrienn - Dec. 17, 2023, 10:52 a.m.

I used too big container so the layers didn't come up nicely, but whatever, taste what matters. 😃 I'm wondering how it could work with other fruits, like strawberry, blueberry, banana, mango.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Dec. 18, 2023, 4:47 a.m.

Hey there, Adrienn, aw we're glad the taste was still enjoyed 😃 We've heard positive reviews for strawberry and blueberry instead of reaspberry. If you try banana or mango let us know how it goes!😊

Hannah M - Dec. 13, 2023, 7:36 p.m.

This was absolutely delicious! I've tried it with blueberries instead as well and it was so tasty 😋

PUL small logo PUL Team - Dec. 15, 2023, 1:53 a.m.

Blueberries are a lovely idea, Hannah, thank you! 😊

Joey & Sharona von den hoff - Dec. 3, 2023, 11:17 p.m.

Seriously delicious

Emalie Hendel - Dec. 2, 2023, 4:23 p.m.

This is the first recipe I have made from the app, and it tastes like having dessert for breakfast. I would recommend skipping the maple syrup if your chocolate is already sweetened. Otherwise, delicious!

PUL small logo PUL Team - Dec. 2, 2023, 8:53 p.m.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the blended oats, Emalie! It's a lovely idea to skip the maple syrup if needed. We hope you love the rest of the recipes on the app 🥰

Quokka Family - Nov. 16, 2023, 11:43 p.m.

Simply amazing! I used a bowl that was too big, so I didn't get that nice layer of chocolate. But it was delicious anyways

Jasmine B - Oct. 18, 2023, 5:56 p.m.

So good!!

Daniella - Sept. 29, 2023, 7:43 p.m.

Just makong this was magical, and the sneaky tastes were out is this world. Cant’t wait for tomorrow’s breakfast time 🤩🤩🤩

Nour Dukmak - Sept. 5, 2023, 7:14 p.m.

The texture was too different for me. The chocolate also turned out too thick. I couldn’t spread it. Maybe adding a little coconut oil might help.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 7, 2023, 6:27 p.m.

Hey Nour, thanks for sharing your experience with the blended oats 😊 In case it helps in the future, melting chocolate slowly can help prevent it from thickening, otherwise adding a small amount of coconut oil can also make chocolate smoother and easier to spread.

Anne - Sept. 4, 2023, 6:03 p.m.

My new favorite breakfast! I was afraid that it would be too sweet with the maple syrup but it wasn’t.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 5, 2023, 6:23 a.m.

It means so much that the blended oats were enjoyed, Anne, thank you 🤩

Krisztina Ienci - Aug. 31, 2023, 8:10 p.m.

It is one of my favorite. The best. So so good

Kayla - Aug. 23, 2023, 12:22 a.m.

Honestly was very skeptical of this being good but it is SO GOOD! Made it one day and that night prepped it again for breakfast the next day.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 25, 2023, 7:39 a.m.

Super happy to hear the blended oats were enjoyed, Kayla 😃 thank you!

Taurra Boucher - Aug. 19, 2023, 6:37 p.m.

This is AMAZING!

Rebecca - Aug. 17, 2023, 4:43 a.m.

It’s become one of my favorite breakfasts. I have adapted it and melt 1oz of chocolate and mix all with the yogurt and syrup and it makes a bit of a mousse like topping!

Maxwell Honzik - Aug. 14, 2023, 12:25 a.m.

Kassy - Aug. 12, 2023, 9:04 a.m.

Delicious. I love the combination. Super quick to make

Darcie - Aug. 1, 2023, 3:55 a.m.

A new favorite for dessert!

Hania - July 29, 2023, 9:52 a.m.

I absolutely love the combination of flavours however I could not mix the chicola into the yoghurt as the moment it touched the yoghurt it was setting so I had more of a yogurt with bits of chocolate in it lol nonetheless it was delicious

Sandra - July 27, 2023, 10:01 a.m.

This is just sooooo good 😍

Louise Magnusson - July 25, 2023, 10:13 a.m.

I love the aesthetics of this breakfast dish (beautiful😍), and the directions looked so easy! I was unfortunately disappointed with the end product of my first attempt: despite following the exact volumes and weights, the blended oats became a soupy mix. It is impossible to create any layer using the timings provided in the recipe. Thus, in the future, I will make the blended oats at least 2 hrs before assembling the dish (just like regular o/n oats).
Although I was disappointed with the texture, I loved the flavours!! The filling oats are lovely with the balanced sweetness and tartness of the raspberries, which goes so well with the yoghurt and melted chocolate. I completely agree with another reviewer that it is like the Italian ice cream ☺️. I will definitely make this recipe again with some minor tweaks: (1) omitting the date to reduce excess sweetness and (2) make blended oats at least 2 hrs before assembly

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 26, 2023, 8:51 p.m.

Hey Louise, we're sorry to hear! There have been several reviews about the base being too liquid, so we've just re-tested the recipe and adjusted the recipe slightly to improve it. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for helping us improve what we do!🙂

Louise Magnusson - Aug. 4, 2023, 1:24 p.m.

Happy to help 😊, and I noticed the change in the recipe. I will definitely try this lovely breakfast again: your recipes have made my breakfast options and fika snacks much more creative and fun👏🏼

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 5, 2023, 9:30 p.m.

So glad to hear it, Louise, thanks so much for making our recipes! 🥰

Salome - July 21, 2023, 8:14 p.m.

I really love this recipe! I swapped the raspberries for strawberries and added some chopped ones into the yogurt layer which was very delicious. I also tried it with peaches, which also worked perfectly fine, I think I will try some more fruits in the future

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 25, 2023, 1:57 a.m.

Mmm sounds lovely, Salome, it means so much that the blended oats are being enjoyed ✨

AMiller - July 20, 2023, 5:31 p.m.

Delicious!

Melanie Williams - July 20, 2023, 3:15 p.m.

That was DELICIOUS!! Wow!! It could be a dessert! I might do less chocolate next time. Either just have some to stir into the yoghurt part or drizzle a bit on top. Not both. But truly fantastic! LOVED the smoothness of the rolled oats. Thanks, Sadia, as always!

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 25, 2023, 12:49 a.m.

Woohoo! Thank you for sharing your experience with the recipe, Melanie , thank you 🤗

Melanie williams - July 25, 2023, 1:32 a.m.

And i have been making this every morning!!

Tina - July 16, 2023, 2:19 p.m.

This is my new obsession. I love the pickup limes recipies and it is so great to have this app now. I love all the features. Also love supporting Sadia, she is the loveliest.

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 18, 2023, 12:07 a.m.

🥹 oh you're the sweetest, Tina! So happy the oats were enjoyed 🤗

Cláudia - July 15, 2023, 11:23 p.m.

Two questions: 1) Should the oats be soaked first or is it ok if we don't? 2) Can the raspberries be frozen?
This looks delicious.

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 17, 2023, 4:41 p.m.

Hey Cláudia, no need to soak regular rolled oats before using, and as for the raspberries, we'd recommend fresh if possible but frozen should also work. Let us know how it goes! 🙂

Mara - July 14, 2023, 5:29 p.m.

So good and it doesn’t hurt that the melting chocolate setting in the yoghurt reminds me of stracciatella ice cream, making it feel even more like having dessert for breakfast ;)
Really good also as a takeaway breakfast in the right container.

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 14, 2023, 9:31 p.m.

Aww so thrilled it was enjoyed, Mara! Dessert for breakfast is our favourite 😜

dave kapsch - July 12, 2023, 3:13 p.m.

Spreading the chocolate is an art form that I do not have. lol but it turned out awesome

Luiza Alice - Dec. 8, 2023, 12:02 p.m.

Same Herę, ahah! I went to review to see if it only happened to me ! Ahah, I even added some cream next time but it made it worse ;p
Also 2 servings hardly make for 2, although with this website it’s usually the other way around ;p ( which is good xd)

Sydney Yi - July 9, 2023, 1:30 a.m.

Best thing ever, and I’m not even a fan of oats normally. It could be the chocolate I’m using, but it doesn’t end up pourable so I just drizzle it on top

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 9, 2023, 7:11 a.m.

Yayy so thrilled the oats were enjoyed, Sydney, thank you 😃

Nikki - July 8, 2023, 5:06 a.m.

Wow, just wow! I’ve made so many varieties of oatmeal before but nothing ever like this. I still have some left over in the fridge and super excited to eat it tomorrow morning. So delicious! Must try!

Piotr - July 5, 2023, 8:03 p.m.

The porridge came out really liquid, which made the layering difficult. I feel like some steps were missing, perhaps you have to wait for the first layer to set. The second layer blended in.

Also, with the amount of chocolate we found it difficult to make a top layer of chocolate.

But otherwise, it was tasty 😋

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 6, 2023, 8:10 a.m.

Louise Magnusson - July 25, 2023, 9:39 a.m.

I completely agree with your observation; it is impossible to create layers when the blended oats are so liquid directly from the mixture. I used the exact amounts provided in the recipe, and the blended oats are like a soup. Thus, i think that you need to prepare the oats on the evening before consumption

Kourtney - July 4, 2023, 3:56 p.m.

Subbed raspberries for blueberries and almond butter for peanut butter. Delicious and really fun and easy to make. Will definitely be adding this recipe to my regular rotation. It’s like a dessert for breakfast 🤤

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 5, 2023, 8:36 a.m.

So happy to hear, Kourtney, thank you! 🤩

Laura - July 4, 2023, 11:49 a.m.

my first recipe that i tested from this app. Absolutely in LOVE 🤍

sydney hisle - July 2, 2023, 7:38 p.m.

Delicious way to revamp oatmeal. The exact type of recipe I’ve been looking for! And it was so filling I had leftovers 😋 Thank you!

For those who are saying it was too watery I used the leftover oatmeal I strain out from making my homemade oat milk and it was the perfect texture!

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 4, 2023, 2:04 a.m.

Hey Sydney, thanks a bunch for sharing your experience with the recipe! Homemade oat milk sounds lovely 😃

Hazeley - July 2, 2023, 1:23 a.m.

Tasted absolutely delicious. Mine came out to liquid to be able to layer it so I think next time I’ll make the oat mixture the day before and leave it to set over night

Louise Magnusson - July 25, 2023, 9:39 a.m.

Agree!!

Annette - July 1, 2023, 4:38 p.m.

I think I did something wrong because it came out too liquidy to layer properly, but it was still delicious and filling! Made 3/4 of a serving (love the adjustability!) and still plenty!

bashayr - July 1, 2023, 1:59 p.m.

Super delicious!

Robyn - June 29, 2023, 3:33 p.m.

Delicious! I subbed strawberries because I didn’t have raspberries and it was so good.

Rachel - June 29, 2023, 11:14 a.m.

Its very delicious, though unfortunately my chocolate didnt harden. i might dry again with less yogurt and more chocolate.
I swapped coconut yogurt with regular yogurt. Maybe thats the reason it happened

Ruth - June 29, 2023, 9:03 a.m.

It’s like dessert for breakfast 😍

Mindy - June 28, 2023, 11:57 p.m.

This was really good. I had strawberries so that’s what I used but it was very tasty and satisfying.

This looks so good and I can’t wait to make it. Just a quick question, I have to eat a low fibre diet and I’m wondering if it would still work if I left out the chia seeds?

PUL small logo PUL Team - June 27, 2023, 1:47 a.m.

Hey Terri, yes you can omit the chia seeds 🙂 If you prefer thicker oatmeal, you could add a splash less of the plant milk. Hope you enjoy the recipe!

Lara - June 26, 2023, 6:26 p.m.

Lynette P - June 26, 2023, 5:02 p.m.

This recipe is a nice quick and easy breakfast that is light, yet filling. The chocolate adds just a touch of sweetness, but it’s not overpowering. Really enjoy the ability to change the serving size based upon your needs!

Bri - June 26, 2023, 3:50 p.m.

Tastes wonderful! The app is so amazing I love the cook along mode. This recipe was super easy and the time in the fridge at the end allows you to clean up all of the dishes used for the recipe!
