Can this be made ahead like the day before? Or even freeze after cooking?

Hey Katia, smoothies tend to separate and slowly brown when stored so we'd recommend storing the smoothie ingredients unblended and blending closer to enjoying if possible for the freshest result.

The oat base shells could likely be stored separately from the filling in the fridge for up to 3 days though. You can assemble the smoothie when ready to enjoy. We haven't tried freezing the shells, but if you test it out do let us know how it goes 😊

Can I request when you have things like this that you set a specific amount to go into each ramekin? I struggled to make them even and I didn't know how thick they were supposed to be and they all cooked very unevenly and some took way longer than it was supposed to. And having them stored in the ramekin for next day they became incredibly difficult to eat, but I don't think I could get them out if I tried.

Hey Jacqui, thanks so much for your feedback! We don't include specific measurements because we want people to be able to adjust the recipe based on their serving size and pan size, which might differ from ours. Instead, we suggest evenly dividing the oat base between the ramekins to ensure even cooking. We usually don’t remove them from the ramekins either—we just eat them straight from the cups. 🤗

Is it possible to make the smoothies ahead of time to last a few days? Probably not.. it kind of gets gross yeah?

Made it with plain soy yoghurt and fresh berries. Tastes wonderful!

Love it. I added vanilla vegan protein powder and chia seeds to the smoothie.

Nice and simple recipe, but delicious and filling. I didn't have the individual pots so just made more smaller cups in a muffin tray and baked for a couple minutes less.

Cookies with ice cream for breakfast! My children love it! And we do too 🫶🏻

I loved this! Perfect thing to make before a full day of studying when it’s hot out and you want something delicious and comforting yet still healthy.

Yum! It’s like having dessert for breakfast. So good, especially on a warm day.
