This is our version of the viral custard yogurt toast! It's inspired by French toast, except instead of soaking bread in a milk mixture, we spread a simple custard yogurt on top. Together with the fresh berries, it's a super simple but elevated toast.

Such a nice breakfast, comforting and full of flavour. I used frozen bread and it turned out just fine.
