I detest blueberries ππ. This recipe has made me reconsider my preferences πππ. This is the third time I'm trying this for my breakfast plan
Do yourselves a favour and try out this delicious overnight oats recipe. It will make you look forward to waking up in the morning. π
This has been my breakfast for almost every single day for over two years (creature of habit I guess), and I still look forward to eating it every single day. Thank you for this lovely part of my daily routine π
I liked how easy to make this is :) personally I prefer more the chocolatey-sweet oats but that's just a personal preference thing, my partner loved it so i will definitely make it again for him haha! Quick question, are the yogurts you use in your recipes interchangeable for skyr?
Delicious and filling. I used half fresh blueberries and half frozen because itβs what I had and popped into the microwave together it worked fine. I used half the nut butter to save a few calories, but it was still very decadent. And personally I like my oats a little softer so I would use a little more liquid next time. But those are personal preferences and this is a great recipe.
Absolutely divine! However, I found it a bit sweeter than I need it, so next time Iβll probably skip the maple syrup. If youβre not fancy and want to skip bowls to wash up, you can also mix all ingredients immediately together in a jar :D
Delicious!
Yummy! My family loves this!
Sadia ji, Namashkar! π This recipe is turned out to be very delicious & satisfying. Thanks.
I also added a scoop of vegan lemon-flavoured protein powder and it was THE best, filling and satisfying breakfast!
Amazing!! A new go-to breakfast for me for sure!
So good π€€
So good !!
Should I do anything differently if I am using fresh berries?
OMG so delicious!! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
Thank you!
Just sweet and filling enough. Love it!!!
One of my favorite breakfasts!
Super creamy & just the right amount of sweetness, it really is a blueberry muffin in a jar! Really nice texture, delicious, satiating & a great way to get my day going! π
Lovely sweetness level, flavor, and was happily surprised by the texture. The oat mixture resembled muffins. Not too filling for the morning & felt great after eating. Will make again.
Note to self and anyone else who thinks of trying it: must go in the fridge! I tried leaving it on the side so it wasn't cold in the morning but it was very liquidy and sad. Other than that love it make it nearly every night before work.
I swapped the cashew butter for almond and it was SOooOoooooOooooooOo good! I usually like overnight oats but this one was great! The only thing I would change is the maple syrupβ I think I'll add next less time π
Allergic to nuts so I didn't use any nut butter but it's still delicious!
really good!
i was suffering from an eating disorder a few months ago, and i got so hungry that i looked up recipes on youtube and watched them to "satisfy hunger" without ever making them. but when i stumbled across this one, i decided to try and make it.
at first it was a challenge to make it the night before, worrying about numbers and things, but the next morning when i tried it, i really liked it. i actually enjoyed food for the first time in about a year!
now as i recover and become vegan, pick up limes is so helpful, but this recipe is so sentimental to me- and tasty too!
Just made this last night for this morning and it might be newest fave overnight oats! I used quick oats instead of rolled oats (just what I had on tap) but still seemed to work nicely.
Have made this several times and itβs amazing how good it is. My question is, what happens if I donβt βcookβ the blueberries?
This tastes just like the faux blueberry cheesecake my mother used to make with jello vanilla pudding. I thought I'd never taste this flavor again, and it's healthy too?! I'm floored. 10 outta 10!
My favorite overnight oats recipe! Since itβs winter, I like to microwave my overnight oats, so I just keep the yoghurt separate until morning of
I tried this for the first time this morning and I absolutely loved it! Pick Up Limes continues to impress me with these simple and delicious recipes (and Iβm loving the new app btw). Thank you so much!
We make this so often - especially in spring/summer. The texture and temperature make it the perfect way to start the day!
Loved this blueberry twist to my usual overnight oats - so delicious!!! I used vanilla yogurt on top to make it taste even more like dessert π
Absolutely love this recipe. So quick and easy to make. Anytime we donβt have much in the kitchen or are too tired to worry about the breakfast next morning (those with a little infant will know what Iβm talking about!), this is our go to. Thank you! π«Ά
This is my go to breakfast - something I look forward to after getting up on a Monday morning:) I just have to ask. What's the calorie content if I follow the amounts in your recipe?
Never liked overnight oats but have tried this one twice and I absolutely LOVE it. It has become the go to breakfast for iur family, especially when we dont want to do much cooking or prep for the next day. So easy and delicious ππ»
Easy to make and so delicious! I added a little bit more cinnamon as I love the taste and it literally tasted like a cake!!
So good
Amazing! Itβs a little high calorie but delicious.
Love this recipe!!
First time making it and itβs amazing! So filling and creamy.
First time making it last night. Omg it was so delicious. My grandchildren loved it and ate the rest of them lol. Now I have to make more β€οΈ
Have made this regularly! An absolute banger!
I have found that I like making a blueberry compote (I just simmer blueberries and a bit of maple syrup) and store that in a separate jar, and then spoon over in the morning. Works best for me, because I make it for 3+ days haha.
Absolutely love it, my go-to overnight oats recipe π₯°
Amazing recipe, really tasty and filling. Looks pretty too π₯°
Tastes delicious, filling, energizing meal, like all her recipes. Such a master dietician!!
I loveeee this recipe π©·π©·π©·
I have made this several times. It is very delicious. Even my fussy daughters like it. It is becoming a "go-to" recipe in our household.
Tried overnight oats for the first time!! I replaced cashew butter with super seed peanut butter of yours. The taste was π heaven dessertπ for breakfast.
Thanks for the recipe concept.π₯°π₯°
I used chia instead of flaxseeds and walnuts instead of pecans and it turned out absolutely amazing!
Love this recipe, it is probably my favourite of the bunch (together with the strawberry cheesecake one). Thank you Sadia for all your great recipe ideas!
Delicious! So easy to bring together and tastes very nice. I skipped the stewing of the berries and just mixed them in from frozen and they thawed perfectly overnight.
Loved this breakfast for work. I can eat healthy without heating up my food or needing to bring cold cereal and milk. Very easy to put together the night before. It fills me up so much that I can only eat half of it at a time lol. Thanks for posting so many recipes. I have a long list of your recipes to try next!
I forgot to add that for my peach cobbler version, just use half a cup of the topping for your overnight oats! π€ Have a great day everyone!
Lovely recipe! βΊοΈ I make a simple blueberry syrup π« out of fresh blueberries for the base from the following website: https://therecipecritic.com/blueberry-syrup/#wprm-recipe-container-133320
I made a peach cobbler π version of this recipe with the following ingredients:
1/2 cup agave syrup
1 Tbsp. Corn starch
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice π
1 Tbsp. Vegan butter π§
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
3 peaches or nectarines chopped
Follow the instructions from the above link and voila! Peach cobbler syrup/base for overnight oats. I hope someone tries this.π
I think tonight I made this for the 100th time of not more. My familyβs favourite and one of my biggest pregnancy craving. Our frozen blueberry consumption is through the roof because of this recipe. Youβve outdone yourself with this, Sadia!
Absolutely delicious. It's filling but doesn't make you feel weighed down or bloated. And the perfect consistency and ratio of sweet to tart. This is definitely going down as one of my favorites.
Delicious! A perfect mix of flavours, and mixing chopped nuts with nut butter, oats and creamy yoghurt creates an interesting texture too. It was filling and energising after my morning workout and I love how I could eat it on my way to work without creating a mess. Iβll be coming back to this one!
Delicious and easy. The whole family loves this one!
Tried over night oats for the first time, love the incredible flavors!!! I truly enjoyed your easy vegan recipes
It is delicious!!!! It really feels like Iβm eating a dessert in the morning but then wholesome! It also feels always so good to follow your recipes, because they are fun, vegan, pretty and delicious. I feel like Iβm taking care of my self (and have some self love) if I follow one of your recipes. Thanks a lot for thatβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
Simply delicious and incredibly convenient since I usually don't have a lot of time (or patience) in the mornings. Also love how filling it is!
This recipe is delicious! I used peanut butter, because that is what I had and is worked well. Thank you for the recipe.
My partner has just warmed up to the idea of having oatmeal instead of bread for breakfast, and now weβre currently going through all oatmeal recipes on your site!! This blueberry one specifically is our current favorite. Super easy, nutritious and incredibly yummy! Itβs often too heavy for me to finish before work, so I just take the jar with me and eat the other half mid-morning :)
Thanks so much for the amazing recipes, PUL team!
Amazing i make it every night!
These overnight oats are so colourful - and delicious too! They taste like an indulgent yet wholesome dessert for breakfast. I also like how you include the step by step photos in your recipes, which are very helpful. Thank you PUL team!
Knowing this is going to sound silly, I'm asking it anyway: what size jar do you use for these overnight oats? I'm going to stay with family this weekend and made two jars of these, as it looks amazing. Unfortunately, I only have larger jars. My breakfast for the weekend looks a wee bit sad.
Super yummy and filling. AND super easy :D I always swap flax for chia seeds and it works grate
Quick, easy, mealprep and delicious ! Thank you so much !
Love it! Itβs so nice for a working day to have this breakfast allready made the evening before!
LOVE ITTTT!!!!! I am a huge fan of overnight oats for my work week. This and the apple pie are the best! I'm a huge fan, Sadia and PUL team! First time commenter, long time follower β‘Μ thanks for helping me become a better and healthier cook.
All the overnight oats and grains recipies look delicious but I am wondering how do they work in terms of "soaking" the grains. We are meant to soak grains and legumes to get rid of the phytic acid etc and then rinse and change the water so we do not take it back when eating them. In these recipies the oats soak in the milk and then we eat it all together. Am I missing something? Thanks for explaining.
This overnight oat recipe is simply delicious! I love how easy it is to make:) the blueberry oats were a game changer for me in terms of oats for breakfast, and I've never looked back! Thank you <3
This is absolutely divine! I swapped out the cashew butter for peanut, but I can't wait to try with cashew. Digging into this breakfast is the best start to a day. I can't have soy as I'm intolerant, any ideas of something to add for a protein boost?
I never thought overnight oats could be so tasty π€€ Keeps me full and energised till lunch time. Thank you so much for this recipeπ₯°
I had been eating traditional oatmeal practically every morning for years until I tried out this overnight version. Absolutely delicious, and especially with warm weather, better than warm oatmeal. The biggest advantage over my previous breakfast is that it's so easy to take with me to work for example. I also make it to take to wherever I go where I feel vegan options might be limited or non-existent - I don't at all mind eating this for lunch either. :)
This is my favourite overnight oats of all the onoβs I tried. I add some lemon zest to the blueberries. I also love that it is so βhow not to dieβ-friendly!
This overnight oats recipe is amazing. Absolutely DELISH !!! I always have blueberries in my freezer so I can easily whip up this recipe any weeknight. I also tried this recipe with mixed berries and whatever nut butter I can find in my pantry. That's the good thing about PUL recipes, they are so versatile :).
PS: My husband isn't vegan but every time I ask if I should make a batch for him, his answer is Yes Ofcourse ;)
Made this, and it was absolutely delicious! Really filling too! I enjoyed having my breakfast all ready the next morning!
Amazing recipe! These overnight oats make me wanna wake up in the morningπ
Love all 5 overnight oats recipes. My kids got hooked on to eating oatmeal everyday. Thanks to these awesome recipes!
Soooo good and easy to mealprep π€ loved this recipe
This was the first time recipe I did to try overnight oats and it was so yummy and tastes like a blueberry muffin. So yummy and filling and great for hot summer mornings when you don't want to cook. I use gluten free oats and they work great as well.
These oats are AMAZING!! I eat oats everyday for breakfast, and this is hands down my favorite overnight oat recipe! A tip: if you don't finish the full portion, put the leftovers back in the fridge and enjoy later as a snack :)
This was really good and very filling! I have made it by microwaving/mashing the berries and also just popping frozen berries right in with the oats (to speed up the process a bit). Both work really well! And cashew butter is perfect!
I used this recipe to make my first ever overnight oats. Why oh why have I waited so long. This was the most delicious breakfast. I couldn't eat it all so will have the rest later as a dessert :-)
I will try all the other overnight oats recipes next. Can't wait.
All of these overnight oat recipes are amazing! This one is perfect to add into the weekly mix! I love the blueberries and usually add fresh ones into the oats in the morning. Blueberry muffins are one of my favorites and these are a healthy/hearty alternative.
While slightly more complicated than my go-to overnight oats, these are worth every bit of (minimal) additional effort! So delicious and a great way to start your day. Definitely a permanent addition to my brekky rotation!
Love, love, love this overnight oats recipe. I had tried recipes in the past but until I hit this one (and the others on the blog, I just nearly always have the ingredients for this one!) I wasn't a huge fan. I now eat them multiple times a week as the perfect amount of fuel for my training!
Fantastic recipe! Nutritious but also a nice change from regular porridge
This is SO good. Absolutely delicious.
Delicious! I've made overnight oats before, but they never really grew on me until I tried your ratios. Especially love the nut butter mixed in. I top it with your chia jam.
I have sent this recipe to everyone I know because I am so in love with it. Thank you for such a delicious, healthy breakfast recipe!
This is really good as well! π
This is so lovely! Made it for this morning and I'm surprised how much it actually tastes like a muffin, or more like a pie to me, pretty sure the cashew butter gives it that texture. It's really delicious. I used half the maple syrup and added a bit of salt for taste and it worked perfectly. Gonna try all the different overnight oats but this is already a contender for first place.
I have made all of the 'overnight oats that taste like desserts' recipes and they are each fantastic. I have very little time to get ready most mornings so I love having such delicious and filling breakfasts ready to go.
This recipe contains quite some calories. I figured that I would leave out the peanut butter as that slims it down a lot, but it became quite watery...I also used regular milk and yogurt.
does this make a difference and how can I improve it?
Just tried this and it's really good!
Is perfet, delicious and healthy. Thank you for keeping us update.
Keep up the good job and cooking. You help us a lot. β€οΈ
This was sooo good! It felt like having dessert for breakfast. Thank you.
Iβm literally making this to bring to lunch everyday of the week now, it is soooo delicious, and this is coming from someone who usually hate oats. Great recipes! Loving the new website
So so so delicious! Definitely a favorite! These oats are so creamy, filling, and it's like eating heaven in a jar with the amazing rich cashew butter, sweet blueberries, and creamy yoghurt. I added chopped dates instead of the maple syrup, and my, my, what an incredible combo!
Itβs delicious and resembles a muffin so wellπ
I excluded the maple syrup due to my type 1 diabetes, but this overnight oat is sweet enough. I was very happy eating it with Swedish bilberries (so much more flavour and colour than the American blueberry)
SO. DELISH. Favorite from your new video. Added a little sprinkle of salt - brings out the flavors. Very mild flavor profile.
Delicious! Great make ahead breakfast, also, I love the new website!
Delicious and satisfying breakfast!β₯οΈ I'll definitely make it again
Really impressive and friendly channel. keep going guys
