Directions
- To a mason jar or airtight container, add the instant oats, freeze-dried berries, flaxseeds, and vanilla sugar.

- When ready to eat, transfer to a bowl and add the milk. Microwave on high (600 W) for 3 minutes, stirring once halfway. Alternatively, heat on the stove.
- Add more milk for a thinner consistency if desired, or microwave for a few seconds longer for a thicker oatmeal.
- Finish with the yogurt, berries, and any other desired toppings. Enjoy!
Notes

- †Nutrition tip: aim to use plant-based milk that is fortified with calcium.
Storage
- The dry oatmeal mix can be stored in an airtight container on the counter, out of direct sunlight for up to 3 weeks.
- Once mixed with the plant milk, enjoy this oatmeal immediately hot, or leave it in the fridge and have it the next morning as overnight oats.

Delicious! I made it hot. I substituted the vanilla sugar with brown sugar and a splash of vanilla. I used freeze dried strawberries and blueberries. <chef’s kiss>
So tasty! 😋
Delicious! I reduced the oatmeal to 1/4 cup, and added chia seeds, collagen powder, and shitake mushroom powder before cooking. I only had vanilla extract and forgot to add it until the berries and yoghurt were already on. Drizzled on along with some honey and stirred in, it worked just as well. It tastes like early summer.
Easy and so good, even without vanilla sugar. I’m sure it will be even better with it though.
Tastes amazing!
Delicious!! I couldn't find freeze dried raspberries but I just used some (frozen) strawberries and blueberries and it worked amazing :) I love how warm and sweet this is 😍😍
Super tasty! Although 240ml soy milk is way too much if you're making overnight oats, 150 or maybe 200 is definitely enough. Trying again with less milk tomorrow 🫶
This is such a quick and delicious breakfast! It’s honestly better than any instant oatmeal I’ve bought at the store before.
You are a genius! I just made 3 jars! Finally I can organize my breakfast!
YUM. I had freeze dried strawberries and fresh raspberries so I kinda swapped those. So good with the vanilla sugar!
I used frozen berries and omitted the sugar but used a sweetened (vanilla) yogurt (I hate plain yogurt), still tastes great! Although it works best with fresh strawberries, it’s quickly becoming one of my favourite breakfasts!
So delicious! This is my go-to breakfast from now on. Thanks for the recipe!
So yummy :)
Love it. Quick and easy.
Perfect for a quick morning breakfast!
Delicious! I used to cook my oatmeals based on just water. With PUL app I am exploring new ways of cooking oatmeals., and I love it a lot! For this recipe I used just regular oats, as I like them more than “quick oats”. I just cooked them a bit longer (like 7 min on the stove).
Used frozen raspberries and strawberries, delicious and very creamy!
This was my first meal of 2024 🙂 I went to a NYE house party where I stayed for the night and I took a jar of the pre-made oat mixture. In the morning I just added oat milk and a quick satisfying breakfast was ready in no time!
I've wanted to try this for a long time. It was easy to make and I loved the overnight version.
Tasty
Very easy and delicious ♥️
Delicious!
Good, a little too much milk for me-took ages to get the right consistency! Tastes great had to use cranberries as freeze dried raspberries weren't available
Hi Sadia,
Thanks for the student friendly recipes. I'm a student right now because of which I always miss my meals. But, with these easy recipes, I'm finally going to have a healthy meal.
I have one question for you. In your video, you said that we can access the student collection meals in the IOS app, but as I have the android app, how do I access those student friendly meals?
I love how quick this oatmeal is!! It’s also so refreshing & delicious!! Can’t wait to keep making it!
Amaze
I have been feeling a tad under the weather, I made this for my breakfast and it was just what I needed. Warm, full of flavour and comforting. I used a berry yogurt and some fresh fruit and topped with some chia seeds.
I don't like the consistency of the freeze dried strawberries after heating. I will leave them out in the future or add them after heating.
I added coconut cream and cacao nibs as a topping. That was super delicious.
I absolutely loved this flavour combo! It made for a quick, easy and delicious breakfast. Will definitely be making again. 🥰
Made this for the fam as quick breakfasts and everyone loved them! Makes my morning a whole lot easier!
Perfect breakfast before long morning of back to back to back classes!
Loved it! Who knew yogurt and oats would make such a good combination? ❤️ I used shelled Hemp seeds, tiny bit of vanilla extract, and greek yogurt -and it turned out delicious! Will make this meal as part of my morning rituals from now on ✨ Thanks PUL team!
Yummy & easy!
Great recipe! I had this for breakfast and now I know I need to make full batch of this for the future. Consistency is perfect. I used quick flakes made from millet (I am celiac with oat allergy) and it worked great with fresh raspberries and almond butter as a topping.
Also.. is oat bran the same as quick oats?
Hey Sadia!! I saw this recipe I can’t wait to try it.
I have a few questions for you. First, can you make a video on some allergy friendly recipes? I’m highly allergic to peanuts, wheat, and well dairy milk with eggs. Not sure if I should consume legumes as I heard if falls under the peanuts category. Second, are quick oats wheat free or should I look for a GF option? It’s been hard trying to maneuver what to eat.
Wow, you guys! Thanks for this easy recipe.
I really love this student collection. I am a teacher and I can really use these kinds of recipes!
Thanks again for making me try new stuff Pick Up Limes team <3
