A nice summer-vibe breakfast option in addition to the PUL tropical overnight oats. Actually, I made this recipe as an overnight oat😅 Used almost the same amount of everything, except for the following: 1. 1/2 cup of rolled oats instead of quick oats 2. 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder instead of vanilla sugar I topped this dish with coconut yoghurt, canned diced pineapple and toasted coconut flakes. Delicious

After making this with the full amount of sugar, I’d halve it in the future. But otherwise it was delicious and filling!

We liked this. We left out the banana and made some substitutes just because we didn’t have it all. But very satisfying & filling.
