This delicious granola was inspired by baklava, a sweet dessert that consists of layers of filo pastry sheets, filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with sugar syrup or honey. Every country has their version of this delicious treat, and we took inspiration from the classic pistachio and walnut baklava. The granola is sweet, nutty and a little sticky, perfect to pair with some yogurt and fruit!
