Another delicious PUL granola recipe! I didn’t have dried apples so I made some with the apple chips recipe from PUL. Swapped candied ginger for dried cranberries. A gustative bliss!

Not bad, but I'm not a big fan of dried apples, so I guess this recipe just wasn't created for the likes of myself 🙃 I didn't have candied ginger so I opted fir good ol' dried cranberries and it added some more sweetness which is always a plus.

Hiya Martunia 👋 thanks for sharing your experience with the granola! If it helps and you're interested, you could omit the dried apple or replace it with another fruit. Happy cooking!

A lovely mix with great, warm flavours that resonate with autumn and winter. This granola is also fun with the different add-in fruits than what I am used to in the other PUL granola recipes. I might only change the amount of coconut oil for my next batch; 1/3 cup was a bit too much 😊

This is the perfect granola for autumn and I'm all here for it! We absolutely loved this recipe and will be returning to it without a doubt. I loved the use of cereal flakes alongside the oats and added extra cinnamon as we're big fans!

Hey, I have a question ! Can you dry your own apples, if you have an oven ? I always get too much of them from Too good to go, and since I don’t really eat them..I juice them or try to make pie, but maybe they can be of use with granola ;) Also, can I kindly ask for less frequent usage of cinnamon in your recipes ? I hate it, and I think many people do as well. Or give us some alternatives. I usually use cardamom or ginger or omit it . I mean, I can tolerate pumpkin pie spice, when it’s mixed with other powerful spices, but I can’t always find it here in Paris .. All the best , Sadia !’

Hey Alice, yes you can dry apples in the oven if you'd like! There are a few recipes online which might be helpful, but essentially you can coat apple pieces with a bit of diluted lemon juice to prevent them from browning and then bake for an extended amount of time. We'll note down the request to use less cinnamon or include substitutes as well. Thanks for helping us improve, Alice, and sending lots of love to Paris 💛
