Wow, so scrumptious! If my son is old enough, it would be lovely to put this in his lunch box. Thank you and greetings from Hamburg!

I had this snack every day when I was recently suffering from a chronic illness. It was the one thing I looked forward to every day and gave me so much joy! It's satiating but not too filling, sweet but now overly so, easy on my stomach, super tasty and so easy to make! 🥰

Delicious and perfect breakfast or dessert lol
This recipe doesn't seem to count for a serving of nuts though. I thought it would with the peanutbutter.

Hey there, Ashley, glad you enjoyed the recipe! We actually consider peanuts as a legume, and there are a few reasons for this. Peanuts are botanically a legume and our in-depth nutritional analysis found this approach helped promote nutrient adequacy in a variety of demographics. Slotting peanuts as legumes also aligns with plant-based nutrition guidelines by experts in the field such as dietitians Vesanto Melina and Julieanna Hever.
