Made these with cashew butter and they turned out great. I had Tunesian dates and they are a bit smaller I think. I had more than enough chocolate (used 85%) with 40g to cover everything well and have some for the drizzle.

Le goût des dattes passe malheureusement au-dessus du goût du beurre de noix (j'ai fait exprès le beurre amande/courge/canelle) ce que je trouve dommage. Pour moi le plaisir gustatif ne vaut pas tout le travail que cela demande. Et puis je reste très peu douée avec le chocolat fondu à tremper je ne sais pas comment je fais, j'en mets toujours partout et je galère à tout nettoyer
