Hey Alexandra! In case you used cup measurements, it can help to make sure that the shredded coconut isn't too packed in the cup, but rather, gently spooned into the measuring cup and levelled. This will ensure that not too much coconut is added which can dry out the mixture 😊

These are my new favourites! Absolutely love how delicious this version of bounty is. I replaced agave syrup with honey and reduced the quantity of honey.
