These clusters are a great midday snack. They're deliciously crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness.

Btw they came out super delicious 🤤

Hello PUL team, thank you for delicious recipes. I made the clusters and stored them in air tight container and the next day they were soft as compared to the day I baked and were falling apart. I am planning to make them again for an upcoming trip, What can I do to avoid it? Thank you 😊

Thank you for trying the recipe, Khushbu! Ensuring they're fully cooled before storing can help keep the clusters from softening. Storing them with a bit of air exposure can also help keep them crisp, like a container with a corner open or a bag that isn't airtight 😊

These are sooo yummy! They fall apart a little bit, but they’re so good I don’t mind :)

Can I substitute the coconut oil with a healthier oil? Will it stil work?
PUL Team - July 28, 2024, 8:32 p.m.
Hello Alx 👋 We haven't tried substituting the oil as coconut oil is solid at room temperature which helps the clusters stay firm. You could substitute the coconut oil with another oil. The clusters might end up a bit more crumbly and less moist. We hope you enjoy the recipe if you give it a try 🫶

These are amazing! Like "Almond Joy" candies. 5 stars for simplicity and taste, but they do fall apart. Found this by searching 'coconut' from the home screen because it's one of my favorite flavors.
To stop them from falling apart (I live in a warm/humid climate. In winter, I use central heating), I added extra chia seeds, let them set in the fridge/freezer while oven pre heated, and I keep them stored in the fridge.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the coconut clusters, Deidra! We're glad they were enjoyed and appreciate the tips 😃

These are extremely delicious! I had my doubts when placing them in the oven because I felt like the mixture wasn't sticky enough but they turned out perfect. Is it an option to store them longer in the fridge/freezer, or is the four day period really the max lifespan of these treats?
PUL Team - Jan. 2, 2024, 5:14 p.m.
Hey there, Drien, we've found the clusters stay freshest for 4 days in the fridge. We haven't had a chance to try freezing them yet because we suspect they should freeze just fine. If you give it a try let us know how it goes!

These were super yummy!! Not sure where I went wrong with them though, because mine weren’t sticking together, and just puddles when I baked them. Still makes for a really yummy (just less put together) snack!
I’m a uni student, and with these taking no time to make, we definitely be making them again!

Hey Kyra, thanks for sharing your experience with the coconut clusters 😊 it looks like the ratio of wet to dry liquid may have been off. If you give the recipe another try and the mixture is still not sticking together and is too wet, try adding some more chia seeds and let the mixture sit for a bit so that the chia seeds absorb some liquid and gel up, which can help with binding. It also helps to make sure the almonds are super finely chopped. If the almond pieces are too large, it may impact the cohesion of the mixture. I hope this helps for now and wishing you all the best with your studies! 🤗

These are dangerously good. It was tough not to eat them all in a 24-hour period😂
