Hey Alexis! Yes, you can use soy milk instead of yogurt if you'd like, although the smoothie will be a fair bit thinner. If you prefer a creamier texture, try using slightly less soy milk or adding perhaps a frozen banana 😊

I think my raspberries, pineapple, and orange were on the sour side. So it came out really tart. I still enjoyed it though. It was refreshing. 🍍🍊

Hey Marguerite, we're sad to see you didn't love this smoothie bowl. In case it helps, the yogurt can influence the taste of this recipe a fair bit. We personally use the Alpro brand available at our local grocery store, and Albert Heijn (a grocery store here in the Netherlands) also carry their own house brand of plant-based yogurts we sometimes use as well 😊

I used a regular orange, topped with the pecan granola, goji berries, banana/strawberries/blackberries. Very yummy. Tangy!! Packs a punch!
