I added some more water and did not strain which resulted in a nice smoothie.

Added some peach and strawberry, was actually quick, easy and nice !

Haha, I love how you just make a juice without a juicer..xd
I kinda swear by my centrifugeuse- but since few years just use it to use the excess fruits and veggies I wouldn’t have eaten otherwise- lime carrots&apples, navet, or even brocoli, salad and peppers 🫑 if I have too much. Anything goes. Apart from aubergines maybe .
Question, what would happen if I leave the passion seeds, blend them and than strain through a normal seeve? I imagine they’re nutritious !
Still love your idea from the past about a beetroot & grejpfrut juice, it’s tastes amazing ! Thanks

Hi Alice! We typically don't blend passion fruit seeds as we're worried about breaking our blender. You're welcome to leave the seeds in and blend them with a powerful blender to add a slightly gritty texture if you'd like though. Just make sure to strain the mixture well after to remove any tough bits. So glad you enjoyed the beetroot and grapefruit juice idea as well 😊

Hi team!
I've heard that removing the pulp from fruit juices makes it the same as a traditionally sugary drink in terms of glucose spikes & health benefits, could I get a better understanding of this? Is this a myth?

PUL Team - June 28, 2024, 5:27 a.m.

Hi there, Preethi, removing the pulp from fruit juice can reduce fibre content, and fibre helps moderate blood sugar spikes, but it's not exactly the same. Typically drinks with added sugars cause more significant blood sugar spikes due to higher sugar levels. Factors like what we consume alongside juice, and how much we enjoy also influence blood sugar levels. If you prefer, you could leave pulp in though. The drink will just be thicker 😊
