Sweetened condensed coconut milk and iced coffee are officially a match made in heaven (in our opinion at least). Batch make the condensed milk in advance and enjoy the sweet creaminess in your iced coffees throughout the week.

Directions

  1. In a cup or glass, mix together the freshly brewed espresso with the condensed coconut milk. Stir together while the espresso is hot, so the condensed milk fully dissolves.
  2. Divide the ice cubes and espresso mix between the glasses.
  3. Top each drink with the oat milk, give it a stir, and enjoy!

Better than starbucks and only takes 2 more minutes to make than my usual morning espresso!

Yum! I even made the sweetened condensed coconut milk from scratch because I happened to have an open can. I made it in a slow cooker, which took more time but I didn’t have to babysit it. Easy, and super delish!

We're so glad it was enjoyed, Jen, and love the idea to use the slow cooker! Thank you 🙂

I love this recipe! The condense milk gives the coffee a different taste which I love because sometimes you want a coffee that is tasty but also that is different in taste. Amazing recipe! 🤍

(When I first tried making the condensed milk I tried it with monk fruit sugar replacement and it didn’t work out for me It kinda crystallized when I put it in the fridge. But then again I don’t know if this was just me lol. I definitely would recommend but exactly how Sadia makes it!) 😋

Thanks for sharing your experience with this one, María! Monk fruit does have a tendency to crystalize 🙂

Your recipes are always the best! Thank you so much for sharing :)

Alicia M. - July 18, 2021, 4:18 p.m.

Oh my goodness! This is delicious. I made it hot (one serving) and with about 1.5 tbsp sweetener. It’s clean tasting and just the right coconut flavor shining through. Thanks for the recipe!

Lia - July 15, 2021, 4:33 p.m.

Sadia, this was amazing! Totally worth the time it takes to make the condensed coconut milk. One tablespoon was enough for me personally :) Thank you for sharing this recipe with us!

Charlotte - July 13, 2021, 1:31 p.m.

I loved it! I halved the sweetened condensed milk recipe to just make enough for two lattes and placed it in the fridge for a few hours first. I found it was too hard to spoon so I ended up microwaving it a little to soften before pouring over the coffee. I thought the drink was perfect but my boyfriend found it too sweet and would prefer less condensed milk next time.

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 18, 2021, 12:30 a.m.

Thank you for the honest review, Charlotte, it's so appreciated! The condensed milk does firm up a bit in the fridge. Leaving it out at room temperature for a bit may be helpful next time as well if desired!

Iris - July 12, 2021, 8:34 p.m.

Delicious! I personally added about a tablespoon of condensed milk and it still was pretty sweet, so I would start with less - you can always add more. :-)

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 16, 2021, 1:43 a.m.

Thank you for sharing, Iris, a great idea to taste as we go and adjust based on that 😃

Farwa - July 12, 2021, 7:49 a.m.

Turned out amazing, I loved how smooth and full bodied it was, it was a little too sweet for me so next time I might opt for 1 Tbsp of condensed milk instead, and add an extra shot of expresso
(ps I used normal condensed milk not coconut condensed milk that might be why mine turned out too sweet)

Natalia - July 9, 2021, 11:09 a.m.

Loved to learn the sweet condensed plant-based milk!
