Ingredients
-
1½ cups (225 g)frozen raspberries
-
-
4lemons, juiced
-
4 cups (960 mL)cold water
-
2 cups (222 g)ice cubes
Optional garnish
-
lemon slice
-
fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Add the raspberries and maple syrup to a saucepan, cooking for 3 - 4 minutes at a gentle simmer.
- As the raspberries start to soften, use the back of a wooden spatula or tamper to mash them.
- Place a sieve over a pitcher to strain the raspberry mixture, using the back of a spoon to press out as much liquid as possible. Let this liquid cool off completely, ideally in the fridge.
- When cooled, stir in the lemon juice and water.
- Add ice to glasses, and pour in the lemonade. Taste test and add more maple syrup to taste if too tart. Garnish, and enjoy!
Notes
- †If the drink is too tart from the lemons, add more maple syrup to balance it out.
Storage
- The pink lemonade can be stored in an air-tight mason jar or glass bottle for up to 2 - 3 days.

The drink is perfect for hot weather, but I think I am still adjusting to the raspberry flavor...
Easy and deliciously refreshing!
Great idea for summer, and it turns such a pretty color from the raspberries! My brother likes it as it is, though I prefer it a little sweeter.
It is a great idea for a hot summer day!
Delicious and beautiful colour. I used only 1 lemon for a mild taste instead of 3 and still the taste was great!
Beautiful and refreshing!
we make this all the time.. kids love it!
Loved it!!!! Needed to be sweetened a little more but other than that it was great
I don’t even know why I comment at this point… it’s amazing as always! 😋🥰
It's so yummy and fresh! Definitely want to make this again! I think I need to add more water because the lemons are very flavorful and sour! 😝
So refreshing! It is great for hot summer day!
I made that lemonade a few days before and it was truly awesome! Only thing was, I got lemons which were a little bit too juicy, so we added a bit more maple syrup to balance it out, just like Sadia recommends it anyways in the notes below the recipe. Really tasty! :)
It tastes really good. I turned it into popsicles. My whole family love it😍 Also it was very simple to make the lemonade. Thank you for that great recipe 😘
Adult and kid approved! So tasty! Thank you!
My mom and I made this drink together on an EXTREMELY hot summer day. We had run out of raspberries, so we decided to make the drink with strawberries instead--and it still turned out ✨A M A Z I N G✨. We got the same beautiful pink color and even some delicious strawberry jam from the mashed strawberries. 5 stars to an amazing recipe!
I loved making this drink for my mom! It made us both feel extra fancy when we were hanging out and it's very refreshing. I'm a big fan of the tartness but my mom added a bit more agave for hers. I don't like ordering lemonade when I'm out because it's usually too sticky sweet, so making it at home with this recipe really worked for me!
(TLDR; You have to try this! It’s refreshingly delicious!) I’ve been on a quest to avoid as many man made chemicals in our food as possible, so this recipe came at me at the perfect time. I’ve been looking for a good homemade summer drink and this lemonade is definitely it! I used 1/3c of maple syrup instead of 1/4c because I had a feeling it was going to be too tart, and I’m glad I did. The lemonade was still tart for my normal go to… but after the first initial sips, I really started to fall in love with it. So crazy because I also mix my lemonades with unsweetened iced tea. I for sure thought I was going to have to double the amount of syrup, but I didn’t. I’m extra excited to like this because now I’m training myself to consume less sugar, and that’s so awesome! 5 glorious stars for this recipe!
That tasted amazing and it was so easy to make ! :-)
