Si la texture est super, la quantité de sucre ne me convient absolument pas. Je prévois recommencer plus tard la recette mais en divisant par deux les quantités car. En espérant que cela ne dénaturera pas la texture, mais pour le moment c'est beaucoup trop sucré pour moi

Merci pour cette réponse 🙏🏼 j'ai pu essayer Aujourd'hui la recette en divisant par deux la quantité de sucre. C'est très bon et aucun problème de texture à signaler et pourtant les gâteaux restent très sucrés. Je me demande si je ne baisserai pas encore un peu si jamais je refais cette recette

Easy to make and very yummy to eat. 😋 I baked the first batch a bit too long, so tapping the pan on the counter didn't do much, but the second batch "cracked" perfectly. 😊

Delicious and super easy! I reduced the sugar by ~40% and made smaller cookies and they turned out great 😊 I would just squish them a bit before baking next time.
