Just made my first PUL app recipe! I loved this, but when I made the base there was a lot of excess butter that I had to blot/pour away. I thought I measured it carefully but maybe something went wrong..! Regardless I ended up baking the base for 10 minutes in the oven so it was less wet, and it turned out wonderful :)
