Très intéressant. Pâtisserie sans gluten. Très très sucrée (ne pas hésiter à franchement diminuer la quantité de sucre). Parfait pour un goûter improvisé ou pour un thé tant que le but est d'être original. Car c'est assez inhabituel comme pâtisserie. J'ai doublé la cardamome pour avoir plus de parfum

I have tried this recipe and I thought at first that I had failed somewhere, because the mixture was wayyy to liquid to form balls, but then I let it for maybe an hour untouched, and then the texture was just right to make the balls, I was so relieved that it would not have to go to waste!
The final result is pretty good and tasty, maybe a bit more sweet than I expected, because I thought it would be some kind of biscuits and in the end I find it more similar to a type of candy, which is good too!
Maybe next time I will make a smaller batch of these, it makes a lot!

Hey there, Nohya, so glad that the recipe was enjoyed and a success after giving it some time! I wonder if it may have been very warm where you made the laddus? Coconut oil solidifies at room temperature which helps the balls firm up 🤗

These are so good and easy to make! I made mini versions- using about 1-1.5 tsp for each to have with tea and fresh fruit for an afternoon snack/tea time. Definitely recommend trying them- mini or original size!

This looks delicious. Has anyone tried making it without industrial sugar? 🙈 Most of my family is intolerant (either flat out fructose intolerance or digestive issues from regular sugar....) but it looks so smooth and indulgent... 😍

Hey Maria, you could try substituting the powdered sugar with alternatives like stevia though keep in mind alternative sweeteners are very concentrated so you'll need to add much less. We're not confident the laddus will turn out well though without having tested it ourselves. Let us know if you experiment with anything 🤗
