To veganize the recipe, we swapped out the ricotta for vegan cream cheese, which maintains the rich, creamy texture while keeping the dish dairy-free. Enjoy it with your favourite dippers, like fruit, cookies, or even pieces of cannoli shell, for a delicious and unique take on the beloved Italian dessert.

I haven’t made the crackers yet - but the dip is amazing! I served it with fresh strawberries and everyone loved it! I found it gets thicker after some time in the fridge. Will try it with the crackers next time :)
