To veganize the recipe, we swapped out the ricotta for vegan cream cheese, which maintains the rich, creamy texture while keeping the dish dairy-free. This truly tasted like a cannoli! I made the pastry crackers star shaped for 4th of July. I’ll probably make it for Christmas too with tree shapes. So easy and decadent!

I haven’t made the crackers yet - but the dip is amazing! I served it with fresh strawberries and everyone loved it! I found it gets thicker after some time in the fridge. Will try it with the crackers next time :)
