Made two batches for a friend's birthday - one with blueberries, one with strawberries (she doesn't like raspberries), and brushed the tops with a mixture of olive oil and granulated sugar; they turned out absolutely perfect! I am not very good at baking usually, but all of your recipes seem to be foolproof, and for that I am always grateful. Can't wait to make this again!
Very easy to make and very tasty!
At first my dough wasn’t turning out that great so I continued to add the soy yogurt until it came all together. This is my first making something like this so I was worried I was messing it up. In the end, it turned out so so good! I also added vegan white chocolate chips to mine which is all my favourite flavours into one! So happy with this recipe, 10/10

Sooo delicious!! I used frozen blueberries instead as that was all I had and they were a wonderful substitution for the raspberries! The scones came out fluffy and perfectly sweet with a bit of turbinado sugar on top. Makes for a great sweet breakfast or mid-afternoon snack.
These were pretty good but since raspberries are not in season they are very tart and the scone itself could have used a little bit more sugar in the mix for me. The remedy was using lemon curd as a topping.
It's so good and quick to make, it doesn't require complicated ingredients 👏🏼 I highly recommend it
So so Delicious, my teenage son has Celiacs so I substituted the flour for GF, and they looked amazing, my 10 year old daughter did most of the work.

My husband told me he never liked scones because they were too dry, so I never made them. I eventually decided to make them and committed myself to eating all the scones alone, if need be. In a moment of desperation he tried one and LOVED them!!!! I’m laughing to myself because he also doesn’t know they’re vegan.
