I thought it would be OK to just drink this as a smoothie but turns out there is such a thing as too much fiber sometimes! Lol. After having half we decided to strain it. I didn't have cloth so I used a fine sieve. I did it 3 times. And while it was still a little gritty it was much easier to drink! Haha
Tastes healthy and yummy at the same time! For me, 4 portions turned out to be a little over 0,5 l, so a portion was roughly 0,5 glass. Straining through a cheese cloth took around an hour to make sure all the juice was out.
You guys definitely need a slow juicer! 😉
