Loved this.

Such a great little salad! I didn’t have any cilantro in the garden so I substituted for basil and added some diced cucumber. It worked so well! Thanks for the recipe!

Mmm love the modifications, Lucinda - we're so happy that the salsa was enjoyed!

One of my favourites! Very refreshing, was pleasantly surprised at the avocado guacamole (ish) flavour combination.

A salad recipe that's very different from the usual. Amazing 😍

Loved this. We used it for a wrap. Not sure it would necessarily work for a lunch on the go just because of how wet the ingredients are but it worked brilliantly fresh.
I think we might do this again and add some tempeh.

Tempeh is a lovely idea, Phillipa, thank you 😃

Absolutely delicious! Even with frozen mangoes and avocados! Very fresh, simple yet with lots of flavours. A new favourite when it's hot! It reminds me of a vegan ceviche. Thank you for this recipe!

Ooo love the idea to use frozen mangos and avocado! Thanks for sharing your experience with it, Tiffany ☺️

Oh my, what a vibrant and delicious salsa!!! I love that we have almost all the colours in a bowl🌈. Very easy to assemble, which is nice if one wants to spend time on the main dish. I served this salsa for a spicy pulled jackfruit, which became an amazing meal together with vegan mayonnaise and furikake!! The salsa soothed the worst heat in the BBQ sauce😅. As I didn’t want to eat the abovementioned combo with bread, I tripled the serving size and it was definitely filling. I’ll probably prepare this salsa for tacos and maybe Southeast Asian food in the future☝🏼💡

Mmm sounds so lovely, Louise, thanks for the ideas! So happy the salsa has been enjoyed 🤩

This looks delicious (as does all your stuff)! What do you recommend eating this with?

PUL Team - April 10, 2021, 2:18 a.m.

That’s a great question! We enjoy this one in tacos, nourish bowls, or salads. It could also be enjoyed on its own or as a classic salsa with tortilla chips. If you have any other ideas, let us know 🤩
