This was soooo delicious. Everyone couldn’t stop eating it!

Can you tell me how long this will last in a sealed container like a mason jar? Does the avocado turn while you’re preparing it or will it turn after it’s been stored?

Hey there, Katrina, we actually recommend enjoying the salsa immediately after preparation, as the watermelon and cucumber tend to release water over time. The avocado would also brown over time. Our Nectarine Salsa stays fresh for up to 2 days in case you're interested in an alternative recipe: https://www.pickuplimes.com/r… 😊

Thanks. I’m looking for a salsa that will keep for at least a week. What about your mango salsa?

PUL small logo PUL Team - June 6, 2024, 4:56 p.m.

Hey Katrina, I honestly wouldn't feel confident with any salsa lasting more than 3 - 4 days. Fruity salsa (like mango salsa) tends to stay fresh for 1 - 2 days whereas a tomato-based salsa is more acidic so it can stay fresh for longer, say around 3 - 4 days, though do note the tomatoes will get softer over time. We have a 'Homemade Simple Salsa' recipe, for example, that you could try :) I hope this helps!

It does! Thanks for the explanation!

Interesting and nice recipe but I found it to neutral, you don’t have a feeling when you eat like wow. A bit sweet, salty and spicy 🌶️ but you have to try, it’s refreshing and good for summer 👌

Yum-ness in the bowl 😋

This is so refreshing and delicious. Tortilla chips are the perfect match - crispy and salt to the juicy and sweet. Love it!

Yess love it when tortilla chips meet salsa 🙌 thanks for taking the time to leave the review, Suzy!
