These turned out a bit to acidic for my taste. Maybe you could share what concentration vinegar you used? Or do you maybe have suggestions how to make it a bit more sweet and sour? :)

Hey Miglė, we use vinegar with a standard acidity level, typically around 5%. Higher acidity vinegar like 10 or 20% may be too strong and overpower the flavours. If that's all you have available, you can add a bit less vinegar and use more water to dilute to flavours though 🤗 You can also try adding an extra teaspoon of sugar to make it a bit more mellow and sweet!

Amazing! So easy and delicious. An excellent sandwich topping and addition to salads!

I made it a few days ago, it turned out really good! I only had white wine vinegar, so I used that, but it still worked out well, I think.

So glad it worked out, Brigitta, thank you! 🫶

Hey, great idea. Can I replicate this for making pickled cucumber?

PUL small logo PUL Team - April 1, 2024, 8:52 a.m.

Hi Aslesha, we imagine you could! Simply replace the radishes with thinly sliced cucumbers and follow the same steps. You could also try replacing the red wine vinegar by regular white vinegar, so it has a more neutral colour. Enjoy! 🥰

So exciting to try!
Haha, just spamming to get this a buzz, I love radishes and pickles ( And they’re good for you also, cause they’re fermented, right?) and the colour is beautiful!

Aw thanks, Luiza, we hope you enjoy the pickled radishes! We love that font too, it's called "Reenie Beanie" in case you're interested. We've noted down the request too 🥰
