Is it possible to re-use the juice to pickle some more turnips once we've eaten the first batch?

Hii Nohya! We'd recommend using fresh brine each time for optimal food safety and flavour. The turnips will absorb the vinegar and salt from the brine, so if reused, the juice won't be as effective. We hope this helps for now βΊοΈ
