These are lovely and quick to make 😍 Great texture and the flavours work together wonderfully! I wonder if you could use coconut oil instead of the butter and coconut milk to enhance the coconut flavour?

Oh,wow, these are soo good. I made them with dried mango. Soft and chewy inside an crispy at the outside, exactly like in the description.

Delicious! 🥰And quite easy to make. I used cranberries, and what a perfect combo cinnamon + ginger!
I made the preparation in the evening, left in the fridge for the whole night and made the cookies in the morning for breakfast and it was just perfect
