I'd love to see more fruit/herb based drinks please πŸ™ŒπŸΌ both hot and cold. I have plenty of rosehip teato use up, and it's a great alternative for an evening cofffeine-free drink. But I don't really like it on its own and need some inspiration πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸŒΉ

That sounds lovely, Antonina! We've heard rosehip tea pairs well with citrus, mint, or spices so perhaps you could try it with orange slices and cinnamon for a cozy drink or with fresh berries and basil for a refreshing iced version. We have lots of drinks coming so stay tuned πŸ’›

Ok, I'll try these :) and can't wait for some new drink recipes πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

This tastes fantastic! And so easy to make

If a bit tart, just add more sweetener but we kept it as is. I’m convinced this drink helped me feel cooler overall during 114 degree days.

The latest health news say that hibiscus has the ability to lower blood pressure so I’m definitely going to try this. I used to have a sweet tooth now I can drink this without sugar. Thanks Sadia

That sounds refreshing have to try it. Any tips to make it to a hot winterdrink?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Dec. 19, 2023, 4:18 a.m.

Hey Daniela, to transform the iced tea into a hot winter drink, you could try to warm it gently on the stove after straining the mixture. Then add the lime juice as the last step and add more water or sweetener as desired. Let us know if you experiment with it 😊

This is gonna be my first recipe to try from the app. The drink looks really appealing.

Jessika C - Dec. 1, 2023, 5:30 a.m.

Growing up, I've always seen it made this with brown sugar or piloncillo. It's the recipe I've adopted as well. Personally I like leaving the flowers simmering in the water for 15 minutes then I follow pretty much every step of the recipe except I take out the flowers before adding anything else. Ive noticed that depending on where you source your hibiscus flowers from you don't even need lime because it's already acidic enough. For that reason hibiscus water is my favorite drink ever πŸ˜‹ tamarind is a pretty close second πŸ‘€

Hey Jessika, aw thanks so much for taking the time you share your experience with the recipe and also hibiscus flowers! It's so appreciated. Happy cooking πŸ€—

Kathryn Stoker - July 8, 2023, 10:41 a.m.

Last month I had a friend bring me hibiscus flowers when he came to visit. We made tacos with the flowers and drank the tea. I never knew about this! I made (unsweetened) ice cubes as well…they melt fast, but are a nice subtle flavor to a glass of water.

Ooo tacos sound lovely! Thank you for sharing your experience with it, Kathryn ✨

Very refreshing and easy to make.
Next time I’m going to use this as a base for a alcohol free sangria and add lots of fruit.
