Delicious and very warming😍
So I used green curry paste because it was on sale at the grocery store and it came out insanely spicy! And I am someone who likes a little heat. I told my family and apparently I’m the only person in the world who didn’t know that green is the spiciest curry 😂 Anyways for anyone else out there debating between colours, I would suggest following the recipe properly haha

I noticed the recipes don’t say how much salt to add so I added one teaspoon.

Yay! A simple, yet balanced and delicious curry recipe. Had tried yellow curry paste before, but don't think I understood the right quantity to use. Can imagine using this recipe as a template with other variations of vegetables or proteins.

Very simple and delish, I'd recommend cooking the chickpeas earlier so they become more creamy and infused with the curry flavour
So quick and easy to make! So tasty and flavorful. We added a few peanuts for a little crunch. 💚
The curry is really tasty, I added salt at the end.
However the curry taste didn't turn red and the cauliflower needed more that 6 minutes to cook.
Altogether 45 minutes to make it.
