Drawing inspiration from the traditional Ayurvedic CCF tea, named for its core ingredients — coriander, cumin, and fennel seeds — this blend is celebrated for its digestive benefits. These spices are known for their gentle stimulation of the digestive system, offering comfort and a soothing effect. To enhance the flavour profile and add a warming touch, consider infusing the blend with ginger and cinnamon. Enjoy this soothing tea on its own or paired with a bit of vegan apple honey for a subtly sweet finish.

Hi Sadia/PUL Team,
So far I've been making this by adding boiling water to a mug, and then adding CCF seeds in a tea infuser thing. Here I see it says to continue boiling the water for 12-15 mins with the seeds. Will the digestive effects not be there if it's just added to hot water?

Hey Preethi, the digestive effects might be less pronounced if you add seeds to hot water in a mug without simmering. By boiling the seeds for 12-15 minutes, it lets the spices infuse more, which results in a stronger and more potent drink. If you're using the infuser method, you could try leaving the seeds in hot water for longer to get a similar experience 😊

Okay, thank you :)
