Maybe I did something wrong here, but it was grit central over here. All the ingredients were sandy in our mouths. Did I do something wrong?
Wonderful flavour. I made the vanilla sugar as per your recipe as well. Absolutely delightful 😊
Absolutely delicious! I've been looking for fun and nourishing drinks and this fits the bill completely.
Nyum nyum nyum! That's all I can say!
I didn’t realise this tastes like a pumpkin spice latte and I adore it! Perfect for the fall seasons, but on a cloudy or rainy spring day it has been just as satisfying !
Lekker. 😋
So delish! 😋
I love this! Very satisfying way to end the day when added to warm milk
Made it exactly as written and it's fabulous! Will be making more in the near future.
I love this recipe! Good for your mind, body and soul. I love to have a daily cup of golden milk for myself, and this makes it so easy without having to buy something expensive with worrisome ingredients. I have made this for guests and one guest said it was the best golden milk latte he's ever had--just perfectly balanced and seasoned.
Could you use monkfruit sugar instead of granulated sugar? We don’t buy regular sugar.
Many many thanks for this amazing recipe!
I did 60 servings and gave it as present for my loved ones in 6 little bottles. All of them really appreciated this special and unique gift.
I can't wait for doing the Chai instant mix as well.
Happy new year 2024 :)
This is so delicious! I whisked in 1 tsp with about 1/8 hot water until the spices dissolved and then mixed in the frothed oat milk. I will be drinking this all winter!
Coming from an Indian background, I’ve grown up with different variations of these special spicy powder mixes for mainly chai but coffee too, especially during the rains of the Monsoon season. So it was lovely to try this mix recently and enjoy it on a particularly cold morning. It was just so soothing .. thankyou.☕️👌🏽☺️
So delicious
This definitely helped me with my flu. Its so comforting and nourishing. So nice for cold fall nights. Thank you my loves 🫶🫶🫶
After growing up eating turmeric in savory dishes I have to admit I was skeptical about a Turmeric drink, but I found myself with an abundance of high quality Turmeric so I figured I'd try it, & oh my gosh; It's so lovely and so comforting especially for rainy/cold evenings. I didn't have vanilla sugar, so subbed slightly less brown sugar and added a little vanilla extract to the oat milk. Really delicious & anti-inflammatory? That's a win! Thank you Sadia!
Looking forward to trying this mix! It looks delicious in the video and in the pictures. Do you use a certain type of granulated sugar? It doesn't look like plain white granulated sugar in the video or in the pictures. Also thank you for the vanilla sugar recipe.
I hope to try some of the other drink mixes also - YUM!
How many grams is a tsp of this mix?
After trying this drink third time on the second day, I’m falling in LOVE with this drink. I made a huge using all instant mix because I thought I screenshot the list for one serving. However after correcting, it looked just like the video. At first I wasn’t wowed, especially due to the not being used to the kind of flavors and ingredients together in a drink. But third times a charm. I’m most definitely trying the red velvet and Smurf drink.
Omg so yummy!!! Not sweet actually so I added a bit of maple syrup for sweetness. We love it!
Perfect late night drink with no caféine that feels like a latte 🥰
Hubby's favourite drink! We drink this everyday.
I loved this! I didn't have any normal granulated sugar, so I just didn't add it. I also didn't have Nutmeg (I'm always out of Nutmeg) so I substituted that with 1/4 tsp of Garam Masala seasoning, and it turned out delicious! I also used vanilla chobani oat milk, and I was in heaven. Such a warm and cozy drink. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
Omg I loved this. I added some saffron strands too. And swapped the sugar for honey instead. Put it directly in the frother with soy milk. What a win! A great latte mix with ingredients I already had at home. Thank you so much! (I was about to reach for a boring hot chocolate mix I have, but this was so much better !)
Such a delicious mix. I didn't have vanilla powder, so I just added a touch more sugar and it is still amazing. So comforting!
I love this recipe!!! The combination of spices is so aromatic and so delicious. It is my new ally against the munchies
I'm not that into turmeric but this is honestly really good. I had to add a little maple syrup to my cup but I hope I get to used to the flavor soon and that's on me, not this mix. I love the cinnamon and other spices, they really round it out. It was especially nice with some foamed milk! Also the tastiest way to drink my collagen powder.
This is the coziest, yummiest, most delightful fallish-winterish drink I’ve ever had! 10 stars out of five! I highly suggest splurging on a creamer oat milk for this, you won’t regret it! PUL, THANK YOU.💕
Not gonna lie I had my doubts but I decided to give it a try and OMG it's actually good!! Warm and cozy and perfect way to end my day ☺️
This latte mix kept me warm and cozy throughout the winter. I just had my last cup of the golden milk from the batch I had made in November, so I need to make more again. Great stuff!
I made this with cashew milk, added some instant coffee granules also. What a wonderful flavor! I love that it doesn’t have any overpowering flavors, everything blends together nicely. I didn’t have vanilla sugar so I added a splash of vanilla extract to the beverage. Delicious!
Cardamom is one of those spices I love, but only put a few grains into whatever I am making. Therefore I was pretty concerned when this called for 1-1/2 teaspoons! However I stuck with the recipe (with the exception of adding 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste because I didn't have any vanilla sugar) and was happy that I did. The combination of spices was so balanced that it all melded into a combination that was complex and nothing was overpowering. This is AMAZING and just exactly what I was looking for! It feels like a warm hug. Also, in a pretty jar, it made for a lovely Christmas gift for my acupuncturist! Thanks PUL!
Amazing recipes and youtube channel! I follow you since years from Italy! This Christmas I am making some spices and latte mix in a jar for present following your recipes. Thank you for your recipes!
Merry Christmas!
Health in a cup. I make this drink every time I'm a little under the weather and it makes me feel better straight after. If you have some whipped cream to top this up it's even better.
Love this!!! I have been looking for delicious ways to get more turmeric into my diet and I definitely found a winner!!! Such a comforting evening drink to enjoy while winding down before bed
Made this mix and brought it into the coffee shop I worked at. It was such a nice change up from the usual, even if it was just for the employees to enjoy
Absolutely love this recipe. I've shared it with some friends for Christmas last year and they asked me for the recipe again, so here I am again browsing the PUL website page (more used to the video format). Thanks for the great work done here!
Love it. I‘m drinking it every night before going to sleep and it helps me to relax and is my wellness moment of the day.
Thanks for sharing the recipe.
And I wanna wish you all the best for your wedding, I am so happy for you 💕
I've been making this for months now. It's absolutely lovely, although I don't drink it exactly as written in the recipe. Usually, I add a teaspoon of the mix to a black tea or grain coffee and top it with warm frothed milk. It's perfect for working in the evening when I want the feeling of drinking coffee without the caffeine that would prevent me from falling asleep later.
Just tried this drink and I am absolutely in love with it. It feels like a warm hug from the inside out, don't know if that makes sense. The combination of spices are great. Thank you for sharing these wonderful recipes and I can't wait to try more of them. Take care and congratulations again on the wedding, you guys did a great job. 💕💕
So yummy and very affordable and easy to make it at home. Thanks for the awesome recipe 💚
Used a banana instead sugar and with regular milk cold (basically added to a banana milk) and it's fabulous!! Tried with skim milk first and it was too spicy. Used 2% second time and that did the trick.
Will try a nut or oat milk next time I make some. Thank you for this recipie!
This is my daily midmorning go- to, not only is it lovely and comforting, but helps with the inflammation I get from my auto-immune.
*BONUS* if you want a chilled version for when it's too hot for a latte - pop the milk and the tsp of the mix in a blender (nutribullet works best ofc) with either a few ice cubes or - even better - some frozen pineapple. Give it a blend and it comes out a beautiful and refreshing chilled drink!
So glad I made this! So delicious and comforting.
If you are still buying your tumeric latte mix at the store, STOP!
PUL Golden Latte is incredible and so easy to make!!!
It's so creamy and rich in flavour and colour.
Thank you for this deliciousness!
Delicious mix. I love having it in the morning instead of my coffee. Perfectly balanced flavours, love it🥰
Love this mix, it's nice complex warm flavor! It's so convenient to have it already made and ready to scoop. I didn't have the vanilla sugar, so I'm sure it's even better with that. Thanks for sharing!
All about an instant mix. Such a comforting drink to have in the evenings :)
This smells and tastes like rice pudding in a glass, it's heavenly and sooo easy to prepare! Love it, definitely making more <3
This is really delicious, and it makes a great gift. Thank you! 🙏🏻
Such a great blend of spices! I've tried other turmeric latte recipes that I didn't like very much but this was delicious
This is the best golden latte/golden milk I have ever had. I love your YouTube channel! 😊
Absolutely amazing
Thank you
I LOVE it. And it was a great Xmas gift for my friends :) and myself :D
This mix is seriously cafe level and better. I enjoyed it so much!!
This is delicious with the right balance of sweet and earthy
So good, the spices really come together, i live cinnamon and the nice yellow colour
It is really so so so incredible. Can't wait to learn more exciting recipes like these. Thank You so much Pick Up Limes.
I made this mix and it turned out to be delicious!!! I'm make more as gifts.
Thank you for for this beautiful recipe <3 .
Thanks for sharing and I love ur recipe so much!!! I wonder if I can skip the granuated sugar when I make this powder mix, and add the maple syrup into the latte as I like at the end?
It was excellent! Many thanks
Made this mix yesterday and tried it. It is the best golden latte recipe I have ever enjoyed at home or out. The smell as I scooped out some for my hot almond milk was amazing.
Golden Latte looks delicious and I would like to try it. Nevertheless, is it OK to drink something so spicy while I am brestfeeding?
10/10. This is a great recovery drink for the evenings after I've had a long day of running and graduate school work.
Amazing recipe!! Congratulation!!
Thank you for your website it's my go to for your easy to follow recipes
Really enjoyed this recipe. Having a cup of this drink to end the night really feels cozy
Just tried for the first time and throughly enjoyed this mix.
Excellent! Thank you for making a plant journey easier!
I made this single serving 5ish times and loved it, so I've finally made a whole batch of it. I leave out the sugar and add honey to my warm milk with the drink mix. It's so cozy and comforting. I definitely think it helps me relax and sleep better.
I'm so happy I gave this a try even though I didn't like the golden milk recipe from somewhere I tried once. This is so delicious and tasty. Thanks a lot for this great and convenient recipe. It's awesome to mix it once and then quickly have it ready whenever you want it.
I never used to be a fan of Turmeric but this is absolutely delicious! I can't get enough!!! I used almond milk and it's so nutty and comforting <3 I'm very excited to try the other latte recipes now!
Thank you for this recipe! I add it to my green smoothie for a nutrient boost and flavor. It pairs well with protien powder, banana, blueberries and spinach!
Used coconut milk - tasted amazing
I'm new to your channel and absolutely LOVE it!! This mix is fantastic!! I love that I can have it made up and ready to go whenever I'm in the mood it!!
What a lovely mix. So tasty and warming.
Amazing, perfect evening drink!
I made this following the recipe and it was delightful! I agree with others characterizing it as a cozy beverage.
This was just what I wanted to warm us up after our dinner.
loved it!
🌿Drinking this felt like a warm hug from nature, it’s just so cozy and warm perfect for a winter day wrapped up in a blanket with a good book. Thank you PUL. 🙂🌿
On a side note I also want to thank your for all of your videos and recipes, I’ve been following your channel since I was in middle school and as a junior in high school now I’m so grateful because I’ve learned so much from you about leading a healthy and fulfilling life and that is just immeasurable. Also congratulations on the engagement, that might have been long sorry but I just really wanted to say thank you and I never comment on YouTube so, yeah, thank you, again. 😊
I gave up coffee this past fall so was in need of a warm pick me up for mornings and I found your YouTube video! My husband and my 3 year old son surprised me with your latte mix and I have been enjoying it daily ever since and it is HEAVENLY ! We didn’t have vanilla pods so I usually add a small splash of vanilla when I make it and it is perfect !! Having this mix premade makes such a difference to my mornings, especially when I am home alone with two toddlers. Thank you so much for this !
This morning I decided I had to try this Golden latte.
I made a mix for 1 serving and it is so good! The flavors of the different spices are nicely balanced and not overwhelming.
And on top of this all, the color of this latte is so vibrant, I just love it!
Thank you for sharing this recipe!
I'd been thinking about finding a non-coffee hot drink recipe for the winter, and was so pleased when this showed up in a video. This latte mix is so yummy! I've been using it for both hot and cold lattes. I didn't have any cardamom, and due to the cost, just went without it. I was too lazy to make vanilla sugar so use coconut sugar and vanilla extract instead. I started by making a couple single-serve lattes to ensure I liked the flavor, but quickly moved on to making a 27-serving batch! I appreciated how easy it was to reduce the recipe and the measurements were easy to accomplish (I was afraid I'd be trying to measure 0.41 of a teaspoon and the flavors would be off). Ha ha!
Yum Yum yum! And so comforting ◡̈
I tried this out of curiosity but wow. I now drink this mix daily and absolutely love how warm and nourishing it is. I make a big batch now because it's like drinking a warm hug. Thank you for the amazing recipe!
Excited to make this (and to gift it)!! Can I use brown sugar in place of granulated sugar?
Tastes great!
Best golden milk mix I ever tried!
This is delcious, so comforting ! I will gift this to my mom for Cristmas!
Loved the taste of this golden latte. So creamy and rich with flavour. Made it with outmilk ♥️ Am definitely considering gifting this, this christmas🎅
Thank you for sharing this recipe! This mix tastes really good and it's so convenient to have on hand for times when I crave for something warm and creamy during these cold months. Plus, it's a good use of the spices I have in my cupboard!
Excellent holiday present and very tasty! Love you PUL💜💜
Excellent! I absolutely love the website that changes the serving sizes. We did 15 servings for each person for a Christmas gift, this mix is a lot smaller in volume than the mocha mix, if you are making individual jars. I found the vanilla sugar at World Market (I am in the USA). We taste tested it and it is so smooth and delicious. My husband said it was a like a hot cocoa without the chocolate. We used regular cow's milk and frothed it. Thanks for the awesome video on Youtube!
Love it. Super cozy and just the right amount of spicy
Has anyone tried using vanilla powder in this mix? If so, how much do you think you would use?
My fave drink at the moment!
This is now one of my top 5 favorite PUL recipes! I made it with 3 Tbs granulated sugar + a few drops of vanilla extract in my oat milk. Thank you so much for another recipe that I can't wait to enjoy regularly and serve to friends!!!
Delicious! My second of these hot drinks to try. I just love love love this one!
The spices and creaminess are a perfect blend.
Curious if there is such a thing as vegan eggnog? This would go amazing in eggnog at this time of year if there is (or for those not vegan).
I added less sugar as I couldn't find an almond milk that hadn't been sweetened. Possibly could have done without any sugar with a sweetened milk, but purely personal as I am not one for too much sweet.
Super recipe and highly recommend!
Tried this one today as I always like to try it first before gifting. I used barista coconut milk as it was the only gluten free barista milk I could find locally and it worked a treat! 🥰 It foamed up so well (better then soy milk) and the flavours together tasted delicious. Will be making this one again for sure! 💛💛
This is so delicious and such an easy thing to make. I already have some cute glass containers ready to fill up with this instant mix, indeed a great (Christmas) gift <3
It’s soo delicious! 🤩 Thanks for the recipe! I love it!
Yummy twist on turmeric latte, I have also tried it with dates and coconut milk- also from your website:)
Love it and I'm looking forward gifting this latte mix to my friends. Just one question - the jars you used how much volume do they have? I'm unsure about the size so I'd love to now. Thank in advance!
Easy...and delicious bedtime drink
The flavour of this was really nice but it was really gritty and I got an unpleasant mouthful of spice grit at the end. Have I done something wrong? Should I strain the spices out after steeping?
It is sooo amazing. I was initially making this for my dad, but ended up finishing it myself.
Hi! What should we do if we’d like for this to be less sweet? Are the sugars necessary? Thank you for these lovely warning holiday drink recipes ☺️
This is literally a hug in a mug! The spices are not overwhelming and all of them go really well together. I would not change anything about it :)
At First I was sceptical but it tastes amazing! Thank you so much, Sadia 💕
Non-dairy hot beverages usually leave me cold, but this one hit the spot!
<3
