It's absolutely delicious!!!! Plus, so easy and fast to do, fabulous!
The dressing itself is amazing, I ate the leftovers with a spoon.
I tried that last Tuesday and I made it again on Saturday.

I will try to do the dressing with other recipes (maybe just with vegetables).
Why don't you publish that and other dressings as a recipe on its own? Then you could make a Dressings Collection!

It's easy and super fast to make. I find that it can be hard to cook nicely eggplants. These recipe is the answer!
