My parents loved it, and for them to like a salad, it takes a lot!

Really good salad, easy to make, perfect for a light and refreshing lunch! I used fresh spinach because I didn't have lettuce and it worked just fine. We'll be eating this again 😋

So thrilled to hear this, Lisa! Love the idea of using spinach too ☺️

Delicious! I like a crunchy salad, especially as a side dish with mashed potatos and some protein.

I loved the flavour of this salad, especially the added oranges. One small thing that docked a star for me is the ratio of crunchy to soft ingredients in this. There was so much crunch I felt like my jaw got a workout. If I made this again I would probably shred the carrot as well and skip the nuts.

We loved this salad! So tangy! We had it as a main dish, but it would be great to have it as a side too!

To avoid added sugar, could you use orange juice instead of the lime juice + agave?
PUL Team - Aug. 11, 2025, 3:58 p.m.
Heyy Jana, we haven't tried, but you probably could! Orange juice is naturally sweet, which may change the dressing’s tanginess a bit, so taste and adjust as you go to find the right balance ☺️

This was delicious! One of my favorite salads so far! I was just craving something fresh as it is really hot where I live at the moment and this one really hit the spot. I loved the saltiness that came from the dressing combined with the sweetness of the manderins. Exactly what I needed and I'll definitely keep making it throughout the summer.

We're so happy to hear this, Mairi! It sounds like it was the perfect refreshing choice ☀️

Fresh, full of flavour and keeps me full. I didnt have mandarins, therefore used oranges. Will keep that recipe for the future🍀

An absolut delight! Partner loved it too and requested it to be added to the regular rotation. Had some falafels with it that soaked the remnants of the dressing, what a treat!

Aww we're so thrilled the salad was enjoyed, Malou! Love the idea of pairing the dressing with falafels too 😍

Does anyone have any ideas for a different herb outside of cilantro? I want the benefits of the green but have the soap gene!
PUL Team - April 20, 2025, 12:07 a.m.
Hey Maureen, totally get it, that soap gene is real 🧼 Some ideas for swaps include fresh mint, Thai basil, or flat-leaf parsley instead. They'll add a pop of green and freshness without the cilantro flavour :)

Love love love this salad! I zested the lime and added that to the dressing too. For me this made about 3 servings as written. I will definitely be making this again!
