That was very tasty!!! Was just missing the cucumber, otherwise did everything as the recipe asks. First time using rice paper and it was a success! Just had to be a little patient for rolling them and then it worked well!
Delicious! We also added some cellophane noodles, because that's what our favorite carryout does. This tofu would be awesome
in bowls too!
So good, had for lunch and now thinking the dinner reservation at a restaurant tonight won't be anywhere near as tasty. Can't wait to make again and I think this would make a brilliant meal prep with all components in separate containers and just roll em up when u wanna eat.

This turned out to be super fresh, super delicious. It does take a bit longer to put together than you might expect and I wonder if I’m the only person in the world who can’t roll the rice paper elegantly - but it makes for a lovely meal.
Sympa et frais. Change de l'ordinaire. J'ai remplacé le tofu par des haricots blancs. Je pense que n'importe quel type de haricots fera l'affaire. Il en est de même pour les crudités. Les 2 sauces différentes apportent vraiment l'intérêt à la recette. Attention cependant, former les rouleaux de printemps est un peu compliqué

I adored this recipe! Didn’t have rice wraps so I just used lettuce as the wrap :) the tofu was sooo good!
This one required a lot of preparation but it was worth it!
I swapped the tofu for chopped mushrooms and it worked very well too. They where even better the next day, stored as mentioned.

One modification -- I wanted to include more veggies, and the lettuce was taking up a lot of space in the roll, so I just placed that on the side, and ate some with each bite, instead of as part of my roll!

This was delightfully delicious and so rich with taste!!!
I didn’t have brown sugar for the tofu mixture so I used two tbsps of maple syrup and it half just the right amount of sweetness. If I didn’t know this was a vegan recipe I wouldn’t be able to tell.
I’ve been making the switch to a more vegan based lifestyle the last couple of months and recipes like this keep me excited and motivated to keep making the switch.

So so good! I wasn’t in the mood for tofu so I substituted diced mushrooms and it still worked well! Just have to work on my wrapping technique now 😅 The sauces were SO good too - the peanut sauce is my favorite sauce ever!

I made these summer rolls two days ago and took the leftovers with me yesterday for lunch and the rolls were still really delicious! The sauce with the Tofu gave it a really good flavor. I just have to find a good way to pack them for takeaway but they were still tasty, I just struggled with them sticking together

These were so good! The directions were very clear and made it easy. Honestly the tofu was so good prepared this way we could have just eaten it all straight out of the pan! the wraps were fun to make and eat. The sauces were good too especially the peanut butter. Thank you PUL!!
