I followed the recipe as it was written but used ponzu sauce in replacement of soy sauce because I didn’t have it on hand. The burgers were very tasty but tended to be a bit crumbly and they fell apart a bit.

Delicious! We're not the most expert at eating with lettuce leaves, but nonetheless this was fairly fast and easy to make and the taste is very very good.

So easy and flavourful. With the veggie mince I can get, I could not form patties without them breaking. So I crumbled it all up, left it on the pan to get good crust and it worked like a charm 🤤 will definitely make it again!
