What shud be bouillon cubes be replaced with to replicate the same taste but healthier?
So delish! I did however, have to add double the amount of soy sauce, as it was nowhere near salty enough. Also added a dash of rice vinegar for a bit more acidity.

Less noodles will be cooked next time, and I will turn up the heat a little with more Ginger and Chili

Super slurpable soup. Really rich and creamy from the peanut butter with lots of lovely texture from the mushrooms and little tofu cubes. Yummo!

This was so amazing! Even my kids loved it and they are really picky.😅I like mine extra spicy so I added gochujang to my bowl. All in all, we’ll be making this more in the future.

Omg!! As usual, it is a HIIIIT!! Every time I make a recipe I’m shocked I was the one making it. Unfortunately I didn’t have any spinach but even without them it’s incredible! The first spoon made me go “wooow!”. It’s sooo easy but soooo good!!!

Wow! Absolutely exquisite. Extremely comforting and perfect for cozying up as the weather gets colder. I’m not a mushroom fan, so added potatoes and green beans instead. Potatoes work beautifully in this soup! Can’t wait to make it again soon 😊

This turned out amazingly! I did end up cooking the noodles in the soup as they were only 2 minute noodles (and I have a teenage boy so I don't need to worry about leftovers) and everyone loved it. Will definitely be going into my favourites!
This is an absolutely awesome recipe!!! My partner and I both loved it and thought the flavours were next level! I added broccoli and carrot so it was packed with veggies and even more ramen-esque. So wholesome and creamy and a new favourite for sure!

Oh my god! This has become my family favorite recipe. We have already made it thrice. I do add some sriracha and chili oil to make it a little spicy. But this tastes delicious. We also add all sorts of things from noodles to dumplings to make it more filling. ☺️

I love how easy yet delicious this recipe turns out to be. I add fresh chilly and swap the cilantro with local sweet basil and it turns out really well ♥️
Tip: Try to eat it with daikon pickle as a side dish to add a balance for the creamy soup.
