Delicious. I couldn’t find ‘Asian’ sesame paste in my Asia market but I got ‘sesame paste’ - not sure if mine was just tahini or what…It was very good anyway.

Soooo yummy. I actually tried out a red lentil/brown rice spaghetti with this because I couldn’t find any high quality soba noodles today. Was very delicious. The sauce was perfect. I also used shittake mushrooms because I prefer them. Wish I could show you a photo of my lovely bowl!
We loved these noodles especially as they were easily gluten free and so full of flavour! PUL sauces never fail to pack rhe best punches! I loved the ease and time it took for it to all come together and, all in all, it was a very satisfying meal. Already excited to make again!
I am planning to make those but wanted to ask about the Asian sesame paste - I found only sesame dressing and tahini; is the paste needed here made from roasted sesame seeds only or are there other ingredients as well?

This was our day 1 as a vegan and I must admit it’s a solid start. My boyfriend who was a carnivore yesterday was so impressed by this recipe and looks forward to more. We didn’t have sesame paste unfortunately and used dark soy sauce (less of it). Topped it off with sesame seeds, chilli oil, cashew nuts and a sprinkle of spring onions. We will be remaking it and following the exact recipe- we are intrigued to know the recipe at its best. Obsessed with the app and just so grateful. Thank you so much!!!

Delicious! Bit too salty for both of us, so next time I will reduce the miso paste or soy sauce. I swapped the sesame paste for peanut butter and used some left over veggies. Definitely will make this again!
This was wonderful! My 15 month old was absolutely obsessed with this dish, chased me to his high chair and inhaled his noodles so quickly we had to cut them much smaller than normal to slow him down and prevent him from choking. My husband also really liked this but felt like it was a little light for a main. He asked if next time we could top it with something like a plant based chicken or tofu to make it more substantial. This dish is fabulous as is, especially if you’re in the mood for something on the lighter side.

These noodles are so good! Definitely one of my favourites on Pick Up Limes app. I made them with tahini because I couldn't find asian sesame paste.
Very yummy. I reduced soy sauce and increased sesame paste & syrup to make it a little less salty and creamier.

Delish, but too salty - and that was with low sodium soy. I added plant cream to mellow it out a bit, and that balanced it more. Also topped it with chopped cashews for extra crunch.

Excellent! And very simple - especially with the no-cook sauce that we could prepare before starting the rest. The only sub we made was gluten free noodles. The sesame paste was not in the grocery store we usually go to, but we found it at a nearby Asian market. We already plan to make this again next week!
My husband an I love that recipe, it is - hearty, rich and creamy and so great in taste. Another plus is that is very easy to recreate.
I chose this recipe only because it was quick and it had greens in it but it turned out to be some of the best noodles I cooked.
Delicious! I topped it with some chopped roasted peanuts — so good. Honestly, all the recipes I’ve tried so far have been amazing. It’s changing the way we make dinner.
